22Never again. Stopped in April 5 2019 to have tires balanced that were purchased from les swab along with rims. Was told by Sam the manager it would be 76 dollars when I pick up vehicle, told him they were schwab tires. Sam said I would have to pay, because a different company rotated an balanced tires the time before. On paper work for tires it clearly states if youre les schwab-bought tires need rebalancing for any reason they will rebalance all 4 tires free of charge. Been buying tires from schwab for 19years for my personal and business vehicles and have never been charged for rotations and tire balance. Will now take my business elsewhere.
Honestly I used to work at and have done a lot of business With tire shops around the country and Les Schwab is one of the most price gouging tire shops around. I would definitely not be coming here again unless I absolutely had do. The service is great but the prices are horrible.
