14th Street Medical Arts Center reviews
40The most incompetent place on planet earth. Every time I have to call them for something it really tests my will to live.
Started going to them aug ‘2020. Filled out hippa form to get my records from my old dr. 2 months pass. They didn’t bother to follow up why they haven’t received the records. October, I filled out another hippa form. Still nothing months later. The office is completely unorganized, the front desk staff are inept and rude. The only saving grace there is Dr. Kasuganti. They truly need to clean house starting with the entire front desk.
Three stars because of the doctor and cleanliness of the place ONLY! Everyone else gets 1 star. The staff is borderline professional but not even standard for any sort of customer service position. They seem to be figuring things out. Also, the wait is pretty long so clear your schedule.
Please pay attention to the card you place on file with them! I’m fighting unwarranted charges. Sticking with Columbia!
I found the entire experience to be professional. The front staff members were kind. The physician, Dr. Kasuganti, was receptive to my concerns. As a medical student, I have worked with many physicians and I could see that she truly does care about her patients including preventing unnecessary tests. Looking forward to continuing my care here.
This place has so much potential. ‘such a shame their staff is horrible. Dr. Warner was really pleasant & the office manager was helpful but front desk staff & whoever they have answering phones is straight up rude.one thing that’s disappointing is them wanting to run multiple “tests” without giving you results. Receptionists make fun of the patients.just a sad display.beautiful office though
SCAM medical arts. They are incompetent to say the least.
Do yourself a favor and do not come here! Or they will rob you and the insurance company.
Absolutely awful. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. My gf slammed her knees into the ground, couldn't walk, was in constant pain. She had bursitis and possibly turn meniscus, yet this facility failed to prescribe an MRI, and instead called back to cancel her follow up on the basis that her blood had low vitamin d. They literally didn't even have x ray results, and their recommendation came as an early am phone call from a non-medical professional call center. The rep said to cancel the follow up and take vitamin d. Meanwhile, the treatment inaide the office was abhorrent. They mistreated her, yelled at her for elevating her leg on a chair, and she waited 3 hours for her appointment. Then the doctor failed to examine her knee, and just told her to consider physical therapy. Didn't even try to understand what was wrong. Disgusting practice, they should all lose their licenses.
My experience with this location is always amazing. From the time i walk in from the time i leave. I never have any complaints or issues.
That's important when people are coming in concerned about their health the last thing they want to deal with is a bad attitude from staff.
Thank you so much for having such awesome customer service.
Even the doctors are Great and they have a lot of patience and they answer all of your Questions with no hesitation. You guys Rock
The doctor I saw was very nice to me despite the visit taking longer than anticipated (1: 30 to be exact.). My issue however was some of the staff. Some were very nice but others. A lady named Jennifer (she seemed to be having a stressful day which makes me understand her behavior but does not excuse it.) was very condescending towards me and couldn’t help but make snappy remarks. You are an adult and should learn how to respect people especially when they are showing respect for you. Stop complaining and talking badly about patients during work and leave that for when you’re home. It was overall not the best experience here. Not sure if it’s because the holidays are approaching but I only gave it 3 stars because my doctor was nice and thorough.
Just a prescription mill, running as many tests and selling as many products as possible. The test I went in specifically for, that I checked three times during booking through to the visit, was not ordered. It was a complete waste of time, money, and pain. I will update this if they refund my visit or order the test I asked three times for and they agreed to.
It was my first time coming to this practice and I was very happy with my services as I was able to see two doctors. I saw my PCP and the other for endocrinology. I initially only saw the endocrinologist, Dr. Gul Bahtiyar, then the front desk saw a PCP opening with Dr. Neeharika Kasuganti. They were both so amazing and attentive to my needs. The only reason why I was able to kill two birds with one stone was that the staff was efficient with time management and swiftly got me through my annual appointments. See you all soon as I have more follow-up appointments with the results coming back. ~Marsha
My first visit I saw dr coghill she was very friendly and attentive. I appreciate that in a doctor.my next visit I saw dr felderstein who was also great explained everything that was happening I was very comfortable. And the receptionist Melissa. Wis they made the office. Very welcoming this is what you should expect from a doctor's office. I changed my doctor I am now seeing dr coghill I made a great choice
The care here is excellent. Always courteous and kind. The doctors are attentive and knowledgeable. The staff are always smiling and helpful. Great place!
Such a poor level of care. During initial visit, the physician ordered an incomplete set of tests but still referred me to a specialist. At the return visit, waited nearly two hours for the specialist to tell me the first set of tests were incomplete and needed to be rerun. Now, 3 weeks after that appointment, needed to call the office directly for status of results. Was rudely told that results were normal and no followup was necessary.
This is literally the worst place you can go to if you need any sort of medical help. They take their sweet time just to send in a prescription of medication that you need urgently and I had to call up to 5 times to check up on and guarantee they would write the prescription. They also lied twice about sending refills when my pharmacy told me they sent none. This office is completely disorganized.
These freaking people never want to pick up the phone or anything like what's the point of working there then.and theres like 4 people on front and they don't pick up like serious
The staff and physicians here are very welcoming and down to earth. I hate going to Mt. Sinai and have to deal with high ego doctors. If you want quality care with genuine concern for your health, then I recommend 14 Street. Of Course, if you don't live in or near Manhattan then I would recommend elsewhere.
WARNING! They BLAST smooth jazz here. BLAST IT I'M NOT EVEN KIDDING PEOPLE. But I have no other options bc of my insurance so I guess Kenny G it is? Listen, I'm a jazz musician. But this is almost unbearable.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this place. I don't see anything bad. They are very nice and all of my visits have been pleasant and professional. I obviously can't speak for anyone else
The front desk staff is not professional. Called and I was told to come in when I was late. They made me wait an hour to see if the next patient will show up. I will no longer be coming to this office. They never pick up the phone or answer messages. I will definitely be changing offices.
