23In 2007 our 2005 Ford Freestar tranny died. Jeff fixed it up (we got the lifetime warranty) and for the last 10 years it has been running great. Good team here.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car repair. A few years ago I went in to have them fix my transmission and the mechanics said it was a different problem that they needed to fix with my hoses leaking. I paid $2500. When I picked up the car it had the same issue with the transmission and the grumbling noise was much worse than when i dropped it off. Also my side mirror cover was missing and there were scratches on my bumper
What a great experience! The owner Jeff, was very up front and honest, with the timeline and cost! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! I'm from Florida and I've come to N. Y.in the summer time the last two years. I had some work done at a different shop last summer. My experience with the quiality, and service with Jeff, was hands down better! He deffiently didn't take advantage of an out of Towner! Thanks again Jeff for everything!
