Abbott's Frozen Custard, Brockport NY

We love this local gem. We frequently stop in and grab our favorite flavor of the day and drive down to watch the sun set over the Canal. It provides brockport with a familiar and sweet reminder of a childhood favorite!

Sprinkles everywhere on the ground when I walked in. I almost slipped and broke a hip. The McFlurry I had at McDonald’s was 10x better and cheaper! I don’t know who’s in charge of this place! Shameful!

The ice cream was fine but it was already melting when we got it. The servers were rushed and annoyed that we were there. Just go to Bill Grays for abbotts they do a better job there and it’s practically next door

We were sitting there eating our ice cream in the dining room and the girl told us we have to leave because they close at 10, and we were halfway through our ice cream cones, we are in our sixties and our mother was with us at age 87, she treated us like total trash, so disgusting and uncalled for! We Will never ever return to any Abbott's Frozen Custard facilities again! These young girls need to learn respect! The occurrence happened at 9: 35 p.m. When we called before we got to your establishment the girl said they were open till 10, if she would have told us that we could not eat in the dining-room we would have never bought the ice cream!

They were busy, but did not take too long. I had a very enjoyable "Mexican sundae".

Yum! Abbott's is a Rochester area tradition. Real frozen custard, lots of flavors and add-ins. The handicapped ramp is a bit steep, but solid with good railings.

Never a disappointment! Every product is A-1 grade! Fresh and delicious.
