13I love Abbott’s and the drive thru. I come here at least once a week. They only thing that I recommend is to have a light put in at the entrance at Latta Rd because it’s very dark and sometimes it’s hard to see where to pull in
Our favorite spot to get ice cream. Never the long lines like other locations or nasty crowds. Fast courteous teens pumping it out fast!

Ordered a custom ice cream cake, not only was it delicious, it was made to a T the way I ordered it! It wasn’t for a birthday, so I had the top drizzled with peanut butter, fudge and peanut butter cups, and it looked as good as it tasted! Great job!
Glad they are open a little later! Got our sunday sundaes in when we thought all hope was lost ️
It's very expensive I bought 3 ice creams came up to almost 20 dollars mind you I bought little cups of ice cream it was like 6.00 each I will not be going there anytime soon.
The drive thru window made it super convenient as I had my dog with me. I had the PB&J w/waffle cone. They're doggy sundae was perfect for my pup.
Ordered 2 flurries, both of which were made just over half full. When questioned, "sorry that's how they are made" was the reply. The 3 previous times I got the same order the cups were full. With my 2 other items the total was $28. For half full cups, no thank you we will go elsewhere. Punctuated by arguing with the customer, does not make for good customer service.
Its okay, needs to find a way to keep the custard more frozen. Other than that it is good.
Abbott's is a local favorite. Frozen custard! Just not summer without a couple trips to Abbott's! This one has a drive through to minimize virological complications!
Got my ice cream cone at the drive thru window it was like they poored milk in my cone I have never had an ice cream melt that fast was the worst ice cream all over the place in my car clothes with 1 napkin not going back
Ordered 3 freshly scooped pints specifically asking for freshly scooped got all the way home and they were all frozen. I paid 31.00 dollars and did not get what I wanted.the ice cream tastes much better fresh then frozen! I will not go there again Buyer Beware!
Use to live in Rochester. Miss Abbott's chocolate almond custard. We went and it was good as ever. Recommended.
