Horrible service. Never had my test results and I waiting for 1 month. Customer service not answer.

Pediatric area is horribly ran. As a person in the medical field, I can honestly say the administration is poor in addressing patient concerns and rectifying issues. They don't provide individualized patient care, centered on safe practices. When it comes to children, that is unfortunate and a disappointment. If there were less than a 1 star rating they would get it.

This center should be closed long time ago. No one want to work there. Ignorant staff careless doctors. I am changing my doctor and all my family is moving to different medical center, not advantage care.

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment, if you don’t get seen on time. Long lines, Rude nurses, Doctors really don’t care about your health or you’re concerns. Avoid this place all together. They are unprofessional and very rude.

This place is dreadful. I usually use the one on 77 street in Manhattan, and never have a problem because of the clients that they mostly served. Anyway because I am in Queens I decided to make an appointment for this location. They said I should arrive at 7: 45am for my 8 o’clock appointment. Even at 8: 30 no one was at the front desk, I just left. Waste of my time.

I LOVE DR JULIE PATEL PANNULLO ONLY THING TAKES 3 MONTHS TO GET APPT AND LONG TIME TO GET A REFURAL NP FOR GYN I LOVE HER SHE IS ALWAYS HELP FULL SOME NURSE 'S ARE RUDE AND NEED TO LEARN PATIENCE

Just went back after 2 years to be told my Dr canceled and I wasn't rescheduled as a full physical by the NP. You can't tell them their wrong. Your wrong. This is why I stay away from Doctors. And the staff doesn't believe in customer service, bring ear plugs when in the waiting room, staff yaps about pure nonsense all day. Regardless your age they will talk to you like a child. Go somewhere that cares about your health.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. My mother tried coming here just for a physical and the doctor didn’t show up three times. She even came and gave her blood and the following day they said this doctor doesn’t do physicals. Isn’t this something they should’ve noticed/said beforehand. Even when she went to go complain to the administration about it, they made her wait and hour and then she eventually left because she was tired of waiting. So unprofessional and disorganized.

Unprofessional I faxed forms to them 3 weeks ago and called the day of to see if they had it and they said yes I call weeks later and they said there no papers like how you lose papers but say y'all received it

They call me to cancel 2 days before appointment I waited 6 weeks then they tell me I have to wait another month before seeing another doctor my advice if you are in serious pain stay the hell away from this place.

Great Doctors/Staff just “BEWARE” of the infestation of roaches. Hopefully they’ll control this and whatever else I haven’t seen running around. I gave this place one star based on this nastiness.

This place is awful! The best experience is the pediatric 99% of the time. The Lab is just a disgrace. Sitting for 2 hrs with a number and and the number cannot be called. The lab open up for an hour and a half and they are at number 3 SMDH.

In pediatrics the service very very good, including the attention of the 2 people receptionists until today, today I went and was not any of those who are always, I guess they would be at lunch time, the person in charge a redhead, white It is very very heavy maybe because I am Hispanic and I asked for the woman who speaks Spanish, she got upset and answered in a very bad way, it is a simple question because they are the ones that are always there and because speaking the same language is better. In the end what I told the redhead was; you are never here is the first time I see you and she responded again in a bad way and with her heavy tone of voice; Well get used now you will always see me here I feel for you. And I'm still in my mind, lady is crazy. And he did not give me the information I needed anymore.

My PCP for several years there was Dr. Kisoon, so I've been at this facility several times. It's not the best place, but also not the worst. The place where you get the bloodwork done is not very good, it takes FOR EVER to get called, they really should move faster. Dr. Kisoon is not that great of a doctor, he doesn't seem like he knows too much what he's talking about. Even when I had an issue with an ache or pain he would be quick to push pills rather than refer me to a specialist or give me other options. I finally stopped going as they claimed they "don't take my insurance anymore", which after speaking to United Healthcare Oxford turns out the FACILITY doesn't take it but the DOCTOR does, which basically means when they bill they should do it under the doctor's name and not the facility. So the staff in the front desk (who was the one who informed me of this) is misinformed also. I don't think I would go back.

Normally I am very satisfied with the service, no problems. However the recent PCP I have is unprofessional and her nurse that assists her. I was scheduled for surgery and Dr. Patel-Pannulo did not review my blood work results and I had to see her personally for the pre-surgery clerance, which I did. So I am thinking everything is good she gave me the clearance. Thank GOD the hospital did their own pre-surgery testing. Well the problem with the blood work wasn't enough to delay the surgery but I was prescribed medication after the surgery to alleviate the problem. Both pre-surgery testing was done within days of each other, so I can't image why dr. Patel-Pannulo did not see a problem with the blood work. Next I had to take matters into my own hands to receive the surgery I needed because my PCP passed off my condition as nothing, old age. Luckily I did not need a referral from her and my x-rays showed that my condition needed surgery. Which I was informed of from an Urgent Care Physician. This is the first time EVER that I experienced such deplorable service and I have been a "HIP"/Advantage Care patient for over 30 years. I will DEFINITELY BE SWITCHING DOCTORS

The wait time is very bad.
My appointment was at 9: 30 and I didn’t see doctor until 10: 45.

Front desk kept saying you will be seen shortly.

I love my children's Pediatrician Dr. Sheppard but unfortunately, receptionist Donna is extremely rude! To the point where I'm switching her to another Peds.

The nurses are rude. There is no one to help you. I was online to check in and it was the wrong line. Then when I reached the correct doctors office they said I was late and rescheduled my appointment.
