23Waiting 20 minutes for Pediatrics to answer the phone is unacceptable. Once connected, I was highly disappointed with the lack of effort. "I don't know" is simply never the correct answer. You may not know, but what happened to trying to find out? You might have to take my number and call me back. If that's not your job, it never hurts to go above and beyond.
This is one of the worst facilities I've encountered. Staff is hostile and not helpful.
It take 15 minutes to make a folllow-up appointment. Lines are long just to check.very annoying. Thought they were making changes but not the case. If this a CARE facility.they new more caring staff!
I have been there thus far twice. I had no problems. I didn't wait to long to see the doctor. The staff
that I came in contact with were nice and helpful.
