Submitted my apps through nydocusign on the 8th ive been trying to call everyday multiple times a day to see if they recieved it. Left multiple messages and still nobodys got back to me

I called about my case for my dad and John was very helpful. He was very transparent through the entire process. He returned all my calls the same day! Melanie was also great with listening and explaining the process. Thus far my experience with the Medicaid department has been a positive one.

I was dropping off papers for someone and I was told to speak to someone specifically since they don’t care if your paperwork is lost. The lady says “ not gonna happen. ” Thanfully I don’t need their services directly. They should learn how to speak to people. Gross.

You leave the county and have to PROVE it to them so they will close your case and let you move on? They mail you a form for your new landlord to sign? Talk about dragging your feet.smh

Does the County Commissioner read these reviews? Other counties or places like this can they be worse? They have the power to send anyone to mental health for evaluation, they can keep you, ruin your credit and get money at the same time! Help is not really found here or places like this. Food stamp e mail to report income?

My solution is seldom solved in the first trip. It's always something unnecessary or extra that slows down an already slow process. It doesn't help when majority of staff have been here log enough to hate their job. My favorite and most useful piece of info is that if you have small children you can change them comfortably in the restroom because they have changing tables.

Website said open on November 5th. Paid for lyft. Got up early. Dropped off to read sign on door that they are closed today. How about putting closed instead of ipen on website when u are closed. Such am inconvenience and waste of to.e and money which people obviously don't have if they said in need of their services. Highly disappointed.

No help they play with us like is a game no services on time they dont care about us at all the governor need to do something for a better services for the newyorkers in the suppose to be capital of ny state albany county its so sad they dont help like they suppose to be helping us

My advice to all who are on here with reviews. I would suggest that you start taking their names and the names of their supervisor and reporting them to the Albany County Commissioners Office. I also suggest that when leaving a message state the fact of how may times you have called and that your next call will be to the Commissioner and the Attorney General Office. This will cause them to act differently and you will get a response. You can also call the commissioners office while you are sitting in the office in front of them and someone will contact them while you are still in the office. I hope this helped. Have a great day

Had to give them a 1 star rating bc zero stars wasn't an option. Is it really necessary for EVERYONE to go on lunch at the SAME TIME? So I have to pay for parking and wait for them to get back? That's just god awful service

They turn you down if you have a job and fall on hard times but i had a case worker her name is Amanda m and to be honest she is the olny one who made sure I got everything I needed a lot of people say she is the worst but I think she is the best

There’s 1 lady in there that’s very polite but the rest is snotty because they know we need help. If you’re going to work with the public learn how to talk to people that’s called customer service.

No one answers phone, you can only leave messages. I left one yesterday, two today, no call back. I faxed to try to get an answer, no response. I emailed to try to get an answer, again nothing. No one cares. If you're starving, no help from these folks. NO ONE CARES - VERY SAD.

I 2 am fighting with daycare I am a provider and sent in what I needed to send in on time like every month and it's still being process called and the worker told me that they got the paper but would get around to doing it when she had a chance worst place ever

Mostly all the stuff they're treat you like you're below them because you're there needing assistance, the one woman I heard tell a girl last week that you're in line not me. They shouldn't be allowed to talk to people that need help like that because at the end of the day that woman who works there could lose her job tomorrow and need help and then who would be in line then or her children or what have you. It sickens me to see how they treat people there

Rude nasty people they fine more reasons to turn people down then try to help people. You would think the money was coming out of there own pockets. An I just learned you expected to pay back any assistance they. Give you I hope people someday treat them the way they treat others in there time of need no help here!

This is the 5th time I've called and left a message with still no response. So much for "we will return your calls no later the 1 business day"

I have called kimberly G 5 times and she has not return my calls, about what information i needed to finish my enrollment it is feb 19 and I still have not heard from her and she has all my info.

They don't assist you and they're rude. I needed assistance and was turned down, with no information on other resources.
