We had an outstanding experience at Albany RV. They have an excellent inventory. With COVID, appointments are required. After touching Base with Tyler our sales rep regarding the specific units we were interested in and when we were available an appointment was made. When we arrived the two units we were interested in were side by side and set up ready to view. Tyler was pleasant and gave us both alone time and escorted time to answer questions we had with no rushing during shopping. We were given a fair deal and all the paperwork went smoothly. At pickup our service tech Tyler (different Tyler) spent two hours reviewing everything inside and out, making sure we understood and was comfortable with each system before moving on to the next. When we were satisfied with our walk through, they installed the weight distribution hitch and made all final adjustments. The trailer towed perfectly going home.

I can't really give any rating, I just brought a family member to pick up their RV that was in for warranty work. Place was crazy busy today with the sun shining.

Joshua Johnson was so kind and patient with me and my dog Maggie. He treated us like stars! I haven’t quite made up my mind yet, but I’m certain Joshua will be cheering for my final decision

Sent an inquiry about an RV received an email supposedly from the GM himself saying one of his sales staff would be contacting me with 24 hours, well 24 hours has come and gone. No contact. I contacted them once before by phone and the salesman took my info and what I was interested in and said he was busy but would call me back. That never happened, they have you because they are the only ones in the area with the best inventory but maybe it's time for a ride to someone else.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Offered to drop my camper with them for service. They said they cannot have units left and an appointment would be needed to get work done. Had an appointment at 11 and after hours of waiting and checking they finally got it in. Wasted an entire day for a 1 hour repair. Have purchased three RV's here and between the last purchase and this service trip tell me it is time to start giving another dealership my business.

Harry our service advisor was fantastic. It was our first stop back since we purchased it December. Most warranty items we have to go back. We got there at 9 and left at 3. Added battery, winterized, repaired door, diagnosed steps faulty lights, shower enclosure coming unglued.
Now they need Jayco to approve the work? Harry was great gave us a car to go have lunch. Not sure what I expected.

We went over the summer to purchase a pop up camper. Looked a few, picked one out, went home and never heard back from sales man. We then went and purchased (paid cash) from someone else. Back in Oct. Of 2019 we got a recall fron Jayco on the lift system for our camper. We called Albany RV because they are Jayco dealers and was treated very poorly by a girl named Jennifer in there service department. Was asked if we bought it there. Said no, but we tried to but never got a call back. Once she heard it was a pop-up camper we were treated very poorly. It is now Jan. 2021 and still waiting for our RECALL to be fixed. No call back, no appointment. My next step is contacting Jayco. Very, very poor customer service.

I recently purchased a used RV and can't say enough good things about the experience. Starting with our salesperson Tyler Baron who never forgot my interest and reached out to me whenever a "trade in" was available. He was very professional and easy to work with. Not at all "pushy" but very honest and knowledgeable. Secondly, Molly was very helpful with regards to getting me a great loan rate. Also very easy to work with. Jennifer in the parts department has also been great in taking care of a small issue concerning an access door. Finally, Bob the tech who handled my instructional walk through, was a real pro who helped me understand the various components of my RV.

Originally started as a very bad experience, however due to the personal assistance and knowledge of the salesperson, Emily Walter I am able to give them 5-stars. As with most new RV purchases, there are details to be addressed, with the help of a caring attentive salesperson this was not an issue.

I am not very impressed with this store. I walked in, a salesman came up to me, asked me what I was looking for, I told him I’m just looking around right now. This man followed me left and right like a shark looking for its prey. I was very uncomfortable and I was not allowed to look around to see what I thought might fit my interest. I will not be going back there. Word-of-mouth works wonderful doesn’t it.

RVONE Albany Worst Company to deal with. Everything they promised to do never happens. They were supposed to setup my hitch before they delivered it and they forgot to do it and they set a service guy that didn't know how to set it up. When he tried to set it up it bent the hitch and destroyed it. I have been waiting 4 weeks to get a check from them so that I can go and buy the correct hitch. Don't buy from them. I have been calling them daily to talk to someone but nobody calls me back Filled a BBB complaint and will be filling a small claims court action this week.biggest wast of time.

Dealer, Albany RVOne, 5 months after repairs were made, is now charging me for repair of the emergency brake ($147.86) that did not work on day of pick up and a leaking storage compartment ($78.40) on a brand new 2020 Entegra Odyssey. Items which surely should be covered under warranty. They also charged $259.13 to install gutter extensions which I provided, an amount that seems extremely excessive since I don't believe it could have taken more than 15-30 minutes to perform this task. On a recent service visit I foolishly asked them to fill my propane tank while it was there, assuming I would pay for the propane, but I never imagined they would charge me $75 for labor to do so. Purchasing your new RV here may be a buyer's dream but wait until you need services/repairs.

I bought a new Jayco camper and it got damaged somewhere between making the deal and delivery. Thanks to Brad Buyce and Jeanne Lamora they made it happen even through the Covid set back. For my inconvenience they gave me 10% off a cover and tire covers. Rvone is a reputable company to deal with.

We were merry by Ted Finch and he doesn't alot of time with us, showing us various models, giving candid info about searching for an rv and what to be aware of in certain models. We we're able to get on a list for trade ins and already have been called with one fitting our criteria. Overall, without having a purchase behind us yet, we're are pleased with the personal service we have c received.

Albany RV sold us a brand new, BROKEN camper for 30,000. We figured out it was broken as soon as we plugged it in. They wont fix it and we cant use it! Summer is almost over.we have already Cancelled one 8 day nonrefundable trip. We have two long weekend trips coming up that we probably wont make either. All over warranty on a BRAND NEW UNIT.

We had a great experience! Tyler our sales rep was extremely helpful and very patient! This was a large purchase for us and we flip flopped from a pre owned unit to a new one and Tyler was again very patient and no pressure as we believe our best interest was his too. We bought a new unit and couldn't be happier. The demo was amazing and they went over the entire camper with us and we left feeling very comfortable and confident. Will highly recommend!

I bought my class A from Larry, who was very knowledgeable and really did everything he could to keep us within our budget. Everyone we dealt with in sales, finance, and service were so helpful. Thank you!

Bought a 2018 Jayco redhawk class C last September have had issues with a small problem. Thanks to Anthony and his efforts to resolve my contempt with the service process. I have a new appreciation for their service department and the changes they have made. So go see Anthony save money on your purchase. You may have some small headaches but they are worth it. The problems they have are industry wide!
