Albany RV

Met with service department regarding warranty service that has taken over a year. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their incompetence.

If you need an RV or motorhome I recommend Albany RV and ask for Wendell. I hate salesman but that guy was really cool. He really went to bat for us on everything we were interested in and made sure we were getting a good price and wasn’t pushy when we wanted to look at other options instead which made it easy since it was our first camper and didn’t know much. Still real happy with my purchase and the sales guy Wendell was a big help in getting what I wanted and could afford.

Their service personnel really need lessons in customer support. Albany RV is all about the sale and then you no longer matter to them.

Great working with Jake. Very patient and answered all our questions. Very happy with the purchase of our brand new Class A. It was a great deal and they accommodated all our special requests.

It’s a f***ing joke place sucks and don’t know who to take care of there customers my dad got a camper from there 2yr ago and it falling aport and thay want make it right me and my wife are going to be in the market for a new fifth wheel and we will not be going here ps learn how to take care of your customers and learn how to call them back and don’t judge a book by its Cover if u know what I meen thanks and have a good day

Said they do inspection! Drove 3 hr they said they don't do it! We had warranty work done had to order parts on July 12 it's been 6 week's no parts! We try to call and text them. We text 4 times and 6 message in one week never called back we called sales only way you can get ahold of them! Once you buy a camper they don't care about you!

If I could rate zero stars based upon the service department, I would.

Rather than waste time writing a long review on why they suck, do yourself 2 favors. 1-check their Facebook page (currently 1.5 stars out of 5). 2-shop elsewhere.

I needed help with warranty work for my camper I had purchased here 4 years ago and they were so helpful in getting me an RV repair service where the RV is parked. I also made some small purchases which I needed advice on and the woman I spoke to was very helpful. When I bought my camper I was also happy with the transaction and feel I got a very good deal. I would go here again.

My parents bought a used RV from here. On the drive home the TV fell off the wall. Then the slideouts ended up leaking and molding fell off. When we called about it they said no problem. When we got there after MONTHS trying to get an appointment they tried to charge us for all these things that were covered by the warranty. I lost count of how many people I had to talk to on be half of my parents because they were extremely upset and angry. Fast forward three years later and in those two years and only 500 miles later: refrigerator wasn't getting cold, water pump needed to be replaced, heat element also needed to be replaced along with the main lock. That is just a few of the issues. I will never recommend this dealership for used RV purchases. I feel as though the salesman took advantage of my parents. Once they get your money they couldn't care less about you. No customer support or customer care.

Jack my salesman was great. Don't buy the extended warranty like I did it sucks. When you leave the lot with the camper the place falls off the map, no return phone calls, no return emails etc. Will never go here again!

We bought a used RV here and would urge anyone considering purchasing a camper to take your business elsewhere. They lie and refuse to make any attempt to correct any problems, despite selling us an extended warranty. They won't even take our calls or return them if we are lucky enough to reach voice mail.

They are quick to work up a deal. Don’t need service after the sale, they don’t return calls. Do they have a service department?

Absolute worst business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid at all cost. Pleasing their customers is the lowest thing on their list.that is after they sell you anything. Once they make the sale you mean nothing. Good luck getting them to return an email or call

I have so much more to say, but as I think of all they ways they have wronged me I get angry and it's too nice outside to be this angry

Called ahead to make sure ride was worth it totally lied to me. Very little in stock wasted 2+ hour ride.

Service is terrible. No one answers the phone, no call back. Had to go there to talk to someone to get our 5th wheel fixed. We traded our unit in April. We had extended warranty on it. We are still waiting for refund on that. Someone in the office was supposed to call me and never did.

Not impressed when we drove 3 hours they said they had many trailers to look at and only had 2 that fit what we were looking for

I had a great experience as a first time RV Buyer everyone was pleasant and very informative which made my decision to purchase even easier

By far the worst place to buy a camper. They may have decent pricing but any support you need after the purchase is a complete nightmare. Their service department is impossible to work with, takes days to get a hold of, nickel and dimes you and has no idea what they are doing.

Their sales department sells their expensive extended warranties and states if anything goes wrong they will come fix it. I will never purchase from them again. Run before you sign anything!

If I could give 0 stars - I would. I purchased the extended warranty package. Shocking they have no record of it, even though I hold the contract, they refuse to return calls. This is warranty FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE

I've bought two trailers from albany rv, one in 2012 and one in 2017. In 2012 I had major issues with the installation of my weight distribution hitch, but albany rv did what was right and provided replacement brackets which I installed myself. My 2017 experience was much better. Purchased a trailer from Melissa who was extremely helpful and kept in touch with me throughout the build and delivery of my trailer. Highly recommend asking for melissa when buying a trailer.
