Worst customer service ever! Huge scam, fake sales on the website, we drove all the way from Brooklyn to pick up a stroller. They sold us something completely different for a higher price!
The manager have no respect! Should avoid this store, next time I will look at the reviews before.

Staff was very helpful and informed. Price was better than anywhere else for stroller and it was delivered quickly. Hard to find this kind of easy, honest service anywhere and this store really stood out.

I bought some baby clothes online and the package was lost. The customer service let me start an investigation from UPS and they did not refund me until 20 days later.the attitude of custom services are also awful.will never buy things from here again.

I am shopping the "local NY market" yet I live in NC! I am SOOOO impressed. I went to multiple websites looking for a "chek" booster clip-in carseat. @BuyBuyBaby didn't carry this brand.nor does BuyBuyBaby EVER HAS SALES LIKE 20 PERCENT OFF. Not only did AlbeeBaby have a 20 percent off sale on a lot of high-ticket items (not mine in particular but was $50 off anyways from what I've seen on manufacturer's site) but they also will give 20 PERCENT OFF TO FIRST RESPONDERS, HOSPITAL WORKERS, AND MILITARY! I love that! I also LOVED their website layout. Unlike a lot of others, even the manufacturer, chek, their site was impossible to get through and compare shop quick. I was able to not only compare, but find another color I didn't realize was available. I just have never heard of this, it was merely just a review of a certain - high priced car boosterseat company that's not as mainstream as the ones you remember from Toys R Us, Babies R Us, etc.so I think this was fabulous to have these options! Now I already am so impressed, but just as I get back from running errands three hours after placing this order do I get an email from @ALBEEBABY informing me MY TWO BOOSTER SEATS WILL BE HERE UPS TOMORROW! Wait! How is that possible! So good for you, you made my day. I've cleaned out my car and now my carseats will be locked and loaded in my car before the car gets messy again! Yay!

Very very bad service i ordered a carriage and the parts where wrong and 1 part was discolored and got zero service for it!

DONT SHOP THERE ITS NOT WORTH IT

I placed an order for a bugaboo stroller from Albee Baby and received a super scratched and dented stroller, I contacted their customer service team and it has been a horrible experience. They respond to me every 2 days and instead of being apologetic about the situation and trying to make things right they are offering me a really low discount for me to keep the scratched stroller. Overall horrible horrible customer service, not feeling valued as a customer and I definitely don't feel they are trying to make things right. Super rude supervisor as well.

A family member purchased a gift through my registry, and the item was available in Albee Baby. They made the purchase on April 30th, and the email they have received was saying the shipping would take up to 2 weeks. On May 14th, I called to check if there are any updates about my order, or if they could provide me a tracking info. They said it has been shipped from west coast (to east coast) but they can't see the tracking info yet, and asked me to call back. I called them today (May 19th) and someone else responded, saying that the item has not been shipped from manufacturer yet. What the heck. I said what I've been told a couple of days ago and they said they don't know why. I said this whole process has been frustrating and want to give feedback, and she was so rude that she didn't even respond. Who should I call to get info about the order; the website I made the purchase through or the manufacturer? I'm just hoping to receive the item safe and clean, because I can't even imagine how the cancellation/return process would be.

Yes the products are cheaper, but we bought a car seat that was beyond damaged. However, when we began using it and realizing it was so defective no one assisted us. One person attempted too, but her customer service was awful. We bought a britax car seat that was beyond damaged. I will never order from them again. Back to amazon for awesome customer service.

Had to take a day off work to recieve stroller due to the signature upon receiving needing to be in person. Would highly recommend using another website. Customer service was also very lack luster.

We live in Charlotte and bought several product from Albee Baby. We were thoroughly impressed by their selection, information, as well as prompt delivery.out of 10 items purchased, all 10 were processed, shipped, and delivered with 36 hours. Plus it was free shipping. Would highly recommend using Albee Baby. Great experience.

There’s no such thing as customer service with this company! Bought a brand new uppababy vista and there was a noticeable stain mark on the seat. Emailed them and never got any responses. Took my money and run! Going elsewhere for next purchases!

Tried to return a defective car seat base. After inital email, they never responded to my request for the shipping label. Worst customer service ever. Will never order from them again.

Worst customer service. They never pick up the phones and reply e-mails, and they also deleted my issue on their Facebook, so I need to post again! Finally, I canceled my order. However, I won't buy anything from here. NEVER RECOMMENDED!

Do not buy their strollers! I bought one online, used it 2x and hated it for various reasons. When I tried to return it they would not take it back because it was “used” outside. I said to them, how else am I supposed to see if I like it? It didn’t matter. I couldn’t even speak with returns dept.on the phone which tells you something. I just lost a lot of money and won’t touch any of their products again. Never experienced such an awful return policy

Ordered a stroller from their online store. Saw it online for half of what buybuybaby and other retailers had it for. Product arrived within a week and is exactly what I ordered. Was a little skeptical because of the low price of the stroller but it arrived on time and was the exact stroller that I tested at buybuybaby. Very satisfied and will order from them again.

I give Albee Baby 5 stars for 2 reasons. 1st: The lady at the 877 Number was so friendly and nice. I put a Diono car seat in my chart and it showed on sale. When I went to check out online it changed price on me. So the lady stay on phone with me till I completed my order and she went in and fixed it for me. 2nd: A half hour after placing my order I wanted to cancel it because talking to a police officer in my family whos daughter the car seat was for said he didn’t want her in that seat because it has a lot of current recalls (early as 4 months (Oct 2017). I called the toll free number 4 times and it kept going to voicemail. So I called the store in NY and the gentlemen who answered the phone was so friendly, helpful and so nice. He got my order canceled for me and I was able to go into my AlbeeBaby account and see that order as canceled.

I will be using Albee Baby for future purchases they do have some good prices and sales.

I can NOT edit my 5 star review so here it the most recent recent as of 2/23/18 on Albee Baby. PLEASE USE CAUTION AND JUDGEMENT WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS SITE.

So I canceled my order an hour after I placed it. It shows canceled in the computer. The guy at the store said funds would go back on card in 24 hrs. I wait business 3 days and it actually posted and went through to my card. Now I'm going to have to go through the fighting process it seems like. It went through for the whole 249.99 even though the order online shows canceled and shows it for 25 less cause a lady at the 800 number when I spoke with her gave me a discount.

If I knew I was going to have to go through this I would just order from the manufacturer directly even thought it was $80 cheaper but fighting for this is such a waste of a person's time but it is going to have to be done.

UPDATE: IT TOOK ALBEE BABY ABOUT 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

Worst customer service. They never pick up the phones. I still have yet heard from them after sending a Facebook message and email. They will delete any negative Facebook feedback as well, that’s very shady. I had ordered before from here and never had a problem. Not sure if they are going out of business or what but their customer service etc in 2018 is down the drain. I would have loved to purchase a stokke high chair, and a few other big items with you guys but after seeing how people’s orders aren’t getting shipped, non existent customer service, and overall reviews as of now. Nordstrom will be getting my business.
