We were so grateful and happy with our experience at Albee. Amazing customer service! We had lots of questions and the staff were very knowledgeable -answered every single one of our questions with such patience. We tried out and experienced in the store what we were looking for, and was able to take our time. Prices were very good. Turns out my mom 30 years ago went to the same store to buy a baby carriage for me! Very happy to support this family business, and will buy anything else we need in the future here. Thank you!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! MY ORDER WAS ON HOLD FOR NO REASON, I HAD TO CALL TO FIGURE OUT WHY THEY CHARGED MY CARD BUT I HAD NO SHIPPING INFORMATION! THEN THEY JUST SENT ME A FRAUD EMAIL, I THINK THEY JUST DIDNT HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK
I went into the store with the intention on buying either a Bagaboo or the Austlin but the short guy in the stroller department was so unhelpful and unfriendly that I just walked out. I would rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
