Friendly and courteous staff. Their gelato selection is delicious. Even the small portion allows one to mix 2 flavors. Bravo! And great espresso cheaper than the other chain shops!

Cute gelato shop! Great outdoor seating in the summer. I got the stracciatella (vanilla with chocolate shavings) and thought it was delicious. It was definitely above average gelato, but won’t knock your socks off. If you’re in the area, definitely give it a shot! You won’t regret it. They have tons of flavors from chocolaty to fruity.

Very good gelato. Loved their pistachio flavor. Coffee is average. Good ambience and place to sit.

Never was a gelato fan until today. What an experience. I had a cup with 3 flavors. Melt in your mouth and creamy. Pistachio, Carmel and coconut. So good

I had the pistachio gelato and my girlfriend had the strawberry passion fruit gelato it was so delicious and flavorful I found my go to gelato spot next time I visit New York!

The server was soso amazing he made just a trip to the Gelato place a satisfying choice! Treated us like royalty and I hate that I forgot to ask his name.

Our go to branch is in London so we got curious whether the NYc branch is similar quality.

In Europe, ice cream serving staff goes through a 2 wks training, so we were told. Here not sure but the flower doesn't resemble anything which the brand stands for, pretty loveless the ice cream petals were clasped on.

In London the entire cone is filled with ice cream first before they apply the flower on top - irregardless any size ot cones you buy. Given what they charge here, you get a hollow cone and some ice cream on the top for a classic cone? ! Pretty disappointing effort and a rip off.

The ice cream is also creamier in London - here tastes more watery. Not the same, won't return for more on this side of the lake.

The staff was lovely and fast, considering the long line. The sorbet was nice, but no gelato for vegans. The pistachio they used to have was awesome, wish they could bring it back.

Delicious crepe with 3 scoops of ice cream for $12. Even better service and friendly staff for 10 in the night.

Staff were great. Dessert was great. We grabbed some more to go and were able to sit and rest our feet in a nice spot. Great experience.

Loved this place! Delicious gelato and sorbet, beautifully presented, at a reasonable price. I had a large cone with stracciatella gelato and blood orange and lemon sorbets. It was all delicious and felt light - doesn't make you feel gross after eating it. They shape the flavors together into a flower on the cone. Will definitely be coming back to try some other flavors!
