Drive-up/parking lot service for Genius Bar appointments. Set up was very organized. Service was quick and courtesy. Contact-less interactions, safe for the current times.
Try reaching somebody on the phone. Impossible. I know they’ve been busy and understaffed but a week to speak to somebody is a bit much. Had I spoke to somebody I would have known that I had to make an appointment to go into the store now that they’re open. Had to make 2 trips.
Manager more concerned about social distancing then helping the customers.
Horrible experience. Checked in and told it would be a 2 hr wait. Waited 2hrs and asked when I would be called. Told they were behind and would at least another hr. Ridiculous. Employees were standing around just talking with each other doing nothing. Telling me I'm going to have to wait 3 hrs is crazy. Needless to say I wasted 2 hrs of my time and did not get my phone fixed. Worst experience ever. It is now 4 hrs since I checked in and still have not gotten a text they are ready to help me.
Had an appointment arrived 10 minutes early after waiting 45 minutes asked if I was next.people were being called up with later appointments, I was told I was next and 20 minutes later still other people were called. Got up and left. I was not the only one this happened to. Terrible will never buy an Apple product again

My daughter needed her MacBook track pad fixed. That was a last day of her summer classes and final assignment. Richard was amazing! He tried many different ways to revive her computer and finally was able to fix it! Huge "Thank You"! A great example how an employee helps to shape a positive image of his company.
Excellent service.
When you enter, the person will ask you name and gives ticket so that no question about whom to meet and when turns come, the apple representative will handle you very nicely.
People are so live you will feel proud to be a customer of Apple.

The “technician “ Adam and line person Kerry were incredibly unprofessional and condescending. I was told to wait for a “minute “ and no one ever came. I only wanted to purchase air pods. I guess they only care if you are buying a phone or computer. Over the years I have spent over 10,000 on apple products

Support your local repair store and stop giving your money to apple, service take for ever they don't have any idea how much any repair cost on till the phone get back so in for a big one, like me
The worst experience of all. I made a 2: 00 appointment for my screen to be fixed. They told me to come back at 3: 40. It’s 4: 30 and I am still sitting here. Spoke to several people. One women told me 3 minutes 20 minutes ago. I’m furious. Never again.
They have an oh well thats too bad attitude when it comes to their service. They dont try to help and you have to be without your equipment until the equipment is fixed and they say they dont know how much you will be charged to fix it until the item returns.
Worst customer experience that I have. Scheduled a battery change for my phone. Came back after 2 hours, paid and picked up the phone. Once walked out of the mall, realized that the battery is still not good, battery dropping fast. Came back to the store. Waited for another 30 minutes, and the tech told me that they forgot to change the battery, and asked me to wait for another hour for the change.
A bunch of no knowledge nerds who couldn’t help me and my grandson find my glasses.a few of the workers were pointing and laughing
Your Own Terrorist Network Almost caused me to wipe out my MacBook Pro because all the downloads were corrupted
My appointment set via the Apple Support app! I arrived and was greeted nicely despite my appearance coming straight from doing some mechanical work. I was appointed a representative in minutes and my issue was taken care of without any problems.
I left my computer for repair but they did not give it back on time and there is no information about the reason of delay. There is no e mail address that I can ask information and it is almost impossible to reach someone alive via their telephone number so I have to go to the place in person. However, the guys there don’t have any information about the repair process. As a result, no one knows when will I get my computer back and I am very dissatisfied by the service given here.
They suck if u have any tech issue — be prepared to wait forever. A simple battery replacement took about 4 weeks to come in (I was told 2-3 weeks). THEN today to simply drop my damn phone off, it took 40 minutes. They have waaaaaay too many sales associates and not enough damn ppl that know anything about repair. One to three hours is what I told is the time frame to get my phone back — it’s been six long ass hours and I’m still waiting for my email notification that it’s ready. Never again. N E V E R.

Been trying so many times to reach them over the phone it takes so long just to get no answer time over time again I don’t understand why they can’t anwser their phone when I wait for sooo long and have serious questions for the problems on my iPhone which was very expensive ridiculous customer service clearly they do not care about their customers and no sorry I do not want to Talk to a stupid robot
