Takes long for an item to be repaired, they dont even call to tell you if your item is done and ready to be picked up, they dont even pick up the damn phone.

Went there with my broken iMac because I couldn't make an appointment over the phone since they never pick up the phone. Once I got to the store they said I have an 8 p.m. Appointment and to come back for my appointment. I didn't even make it home before they texted me to come back? Then I came at my 8 appointment and they told me they skipped over me. After complaining and trying to explain what an appointment actually means they took my iMac and said it would take one week to fix. I called the store a week later and ask for an update and they said it would take an additional 3 more days to fix. Well after 4 days and no communication I finally got through to the store and they said they emailed me 3 days ago and said it's ready to be picked up. They never email me and I checked my spam folder. I explained to them many times that this was my work computer and I needed to know the second it was ready! I can't get over how poor the customer services is!

They do take an iPad and check people in. You can't help the crowds, but the employees work with you, and are knowledgeable and paitent with the "novices. "

I had gone into the store on Feb 7 to the Genius Bar because my laptop wasn't turning on/charging properly. I took my late 2016 MacBook which I had only used for school in. The guy flashed a light in the port and said that it had water damage and there was nothing they could do and I had no coverage for it even though I had apple care. When I questioned how water could've gotten in the port since its small (even smaller than my pinky finger) he told me he had been working there for 8 years and that he's seen in and its def water damage. I only use this for school work, my laptop is in pristine condition no way could I have gotten water in the ports. He told me they could fix it for $850. I told him thats basically a new laptop no way is that worth it. I asked him if there was anything else I could do and he said thats the only thing. If I wanted to buy a new laptop I should recycle this one at the store so its properly trashed. I decided to call apple myself and send it in the mail. They sent me the box I sent it out, it took a week for it to be shipped back. The cost of the laptop to fix. $0. Cost me nothing and it was covered there was no such water damage as they guy said in the store. I almost gave the store a new laptop and bought another one. Good thing I mailed it in. My laptop works perfectly now and Im extremely content that I did mail in.

An incredibly incompetent bunch. I don’t know what kind of training they had to qualify for working at the Apple store. I went there six times for iPhone battery replacement. Every time they kept me waiting and talked some nonsense and still did nothing. Six times and I’m still in need of a battery replacement. Absolute idiots. I don’t know what Apple thinks by keeping these people employed.
