Amazing service I ordered to go and order was correct and food warm and customer service was the best.

They management was terrible on mother's day 2020, wrong orders, ran out items. They were not prepared.

I would give 1/3 of a star if I could. Service was absolutely awful today. Cold food, took 3hrs for it to "be ready". Icecream was melted like it had been sitting there, meaning we had probably been waiting for no reason! Fries and chocolate milk were not with my order and took another 5-10minutes for those to come out. I also did not receive my Cole slaw with my meal and was never given that. Mushrooms were put on an order that specified NO MUSHROOMS. I sat in the parking lot for 2 1/2hrs, after my pick up time. Told them my name 3 times, was told they would check and get back to me, never did. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

I was at Applebee’s today (03/31/2020) at 6: 30 to pick up some to-go orders and i have never experienced such poor service in my life. I called the restaurant to let them know i was here to pick up my curbside food and the woman on the phone was unbelievably sassy. She told me “you are just wasting my time right now calling me” and hung the phone up on me. I was baffled and shocked. She looked about 5’5’’ and had dark hair. She was the only worker i seen outside so whoever was delivering curbside orders to customers today needs an attitude check. Ridiculous and absolutely not okay.

Food was cold.the burger was burnt, and the fiesta lime tasted hours old. Very dry and not satisfying! Kids meal was missing fries also the drinks!
Very upset due to the fact that this is my go to Applebee’s!
Hopefully things can change for next time!

Orders completely wrong, and raw. Also heard that their employees are treated terribly by management.

Friendly place, good for families. The food is great, we love the French Onion Soup, it is so good! Fair prices!

Was very disappointed on this vist server was not tentative at all nerver asked once how the apps were or how our dinner was meter asked if we wanted a refill on our breavages will nerver vist this apple bees on tranist in front of Wal-Mart again.for was good just bad services.

Service was slow and then they said our order didn't go through. When we got it the fries were cold and gross and my husband's steak was almost raw. Just a reminder of why we never go there.

Our waitress was great.took good care of us without hovering! The food and drinks were great. Had to be our best experience at Applebee's!

Went on a lazy afternoon with a friend. The place was pretty empty so service was quick and the atmosphere relaxed. Drinks are good and they have a decent selection of top shelf liquors. Their 2 for 20, or various other deals, are worth checking out.

Great Service! Food was ok. What do you expect for the price you pay. It is consistantly the same at each visit.

Second time in a row now that the steak has been undercooked. However, the wait staff was phenomenal and turned the dinner around completely.

This Applebee's has been there for awhile. Been there some, but not a ton. Always have good service and more food than we can eat.

Myself and my fiancé went here to eat lunch last Saturday. Within an hour he started feeling very sick. After 3 days, he finally went to the hospital. Found out he had food poisoning. He ordered something that had shrimp. Be careful what you order.

Applebee's on Transit in Depew/Lancaster is most likely the worst in Western New York! We had to wait to get seated, then got seated at a greasy and dirty table with food by our feet squished into the carpet. Then, we asked for them to clean in up so they just moved us to another table, then got our drinks late and found hair in our foods.

Service was terrible. Took awhile to get our drinks and when we finally got to order was told that the brisket was frozen and not available. Should have told us that when we arrived. Stopped going to this location a few years ago because of bad service. Tried it again and I guess some things don't change. Won't go back ever again!

Was ok usually great but this time we stopped in for a fast bowl of soup wasn't busy in there, we all ordered a fast bowl of soup and drinks the waitress almost made us feel it was wrong to order such a small amount I've been in there for years, if I order tons or just one item either way we are customers should get 5 star just for choosing there place, also they need to change there menus 2 for 20
