24Restaurant was not busy. Service was terribly slow. We would not attend this Applebees in the future.
Hostess/waitress was wonderful. She was very accommodating in choosing a good seat for a first date. Suggested a good drink to celebrate the first date & my new job. Was a nice evening, despite being stood up.
Met a friend for lunch. Enjoyed a salad special but saw another saladd come by with a bread item. Not a big deal. Let us drink and converse. Server super nice.
We always enjoy. This time my medium well steak came back burnt. The waitress brought me a new one and new potatoes and offered a free desert. Well the 2nd time around it was awesome. When we got the check, even though the 2nd steak was great, they still comped it. That is awesome customer service! Transit Road Lancaster N. Y.
