We had a great time shopping with Everton. He was very attentive and helpful while also allowing us browse at our own pace. He helped us find the right living room and dining room set. We are very happy with our purchases, the quality and the value, and can’t wait to finish decorating our new home.

Jose cotto was helpful when it came to looking for a Mattress he was very helpful and attentive to our needs while being very patient and polite when it came to our choices. Definitely recommend asking for him when it comes to your furniture needs.

Robby Janeczek made our experience so pleasant and easy. He was very helpful and understood exactly what we were looking for. We bought our couch and ended up coming right back to him to buy our dining room set! I would recommend him to anyone that goes to the New Rochelle Ashley HomeStore location.

Belkis and Donna were a tremendous help! Not only did they give me a great deal on my bed set and mattress but they were some of the most personable people I have ever met. I highly recommend going to their location for a high class service.

Although I’m not yet able to comment on the product, because I haven’t gotten it yet, I need to give a five star review to Brianna. She spent a long time working to figure out exactly what my style is. I decided to place my order the next day but she was out sick. Still, she coordinated the whole thing getting me in contact with the right person allowing me to do everything by phone. The next day (still out sick), she followed up in order to set up delivery for me. Without a doubt, best service I’ve received at any furniture store I’ve visited!

I didn't buy anything yet. Staff is very respectful n u can't stay 2 long with a looker.yet the staff I dealt with was very polite. If u not buying come on I gotta move on 2 the buyer. Keeping it real

I must have walked the entire store for 30 minutes, before I could get a sales person to help me. I went early evening on a week day and when I first walked in, I was the only customer there. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

The employees are Customer Satisfaction driven, courteous and attentive. Moreover, they are knowledgeable about their merchandise. Special shout out to Sharice, Jenna & Gernia, phenomenal women who are Polished Professionals.

Went there to buy some furniture, Francesca had very bad attitude, asked for a manager to complain about her, she said leave right now, i’m the manager, don’t care what you want to sat

Went to all local furniture stores and this was the best for us by far. Everton was a great help. Not too pushy like most of the salesman can be and very knowledgeable. We ended up buying furniture for bedroom, dining room and living room. Great service and great prices. Ask for Everton when you go and he’ll take care of you.

I did not find it furniture all that great and they are and the company they so contract to service or maintain or clean the furniture is very poor service horrible

A salesperson looking for Ashley Home Store was not friendly not helpful I will never buy anything from this furniture store never I need more friendlier people and people are ready to help those who walk in the door you not talk on the phone and ignore the consumer very very bad

PRO-TIP: Ask for Liz! ESPECIALLY if you're looking for a mattress. She is incredibly knowledgable, patient, down to Earth and truly wants to give you all the options to make an informed decision that's right for you. I work in luxury retail and the service she provided my Mother, Aunt and I was absolutely top notch. We entered happy, but left there estatic and didn't at all feel pressured to spend money.
We all want to go back for something, and can't wait to see Liz when we do. Thanks sweetheart!

Stopped in to look at the Coralayne pieces. Was greeted by Charles, initially I was trying to avoid him bc I wanted to just look. We connected, and we talked about my needs and he shared with me that he can price match whatever I find on other sites. I had done my homework. I ended up getting the items I was going to get someplace else from him plus I ended up getting my sofa and love seat from him bc he made the sale so easy. I wasn’t pressured. It was a sale well made. And. I went home Happy. Charles exceeded my expectation!

I had a horrible experience at Ashley’s in the the Atlas Mall location. Needless to say, that because of that experience, my husband and I decided to go to the location in New Rochelle. New Rochelle was delightful! We had Janicia as our sales person and I must say she was amazing! She was down to earth, joked around with us, and was very patient and did everything that was needed for me to get my furniture. Janicia UR THE BEST! The whole New Rochelle location ROCKS!

Christopher is very knowledgeable and is very articulate. I walked in the store to browse and I was able to do so without being bombarded by any sales person. After I feasted my eyes Christopher approached me and introduced himself. It was a warm reception.he made my shopping experience easy and smooth. I didn't feel rushed and as a result I was able to furnish my new home.
