The sales person that help us was Lily she was SUPER AWESOME, PATIENT, HELPFUL AND FUN TO SHOP WITH SHE EVEN GOT MY HUSBAND TO AGREE WITH ME IN PUCHASE OF A SECTIONAL.

Rachel is fantastic! Her customer service is top notch. Super friendly, informative and very welcoming. She is knowledgeable and does not pressure the customer. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will recommend my friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley furniture. Rachel was very helpful and she kept it real. I had just moved into a new apartment and was shopping around at different furniture stores and Ashley’s was my last hope. I ended up purchasing a sectional, accent chair, and bedroom set. The employees were very friendly and even the mattress fitting was a good experience. I will be going back.

I bought all of my furniture from this store. And when i came back to pay off my balance i bought an art piece. At the floor i did not agree to buy the floor sample. Paid full price for a new pick up order. TWO WEEKS LATER. I’ve been told to come pick up as it arrived to the store. Turns out to be its the same floor sample DAMAGED art. With the same dents.
How does a new art have marks ON THE frame, scratches in the back from being hanged, and not wrapped.

Don't purchase any furniture from ASHLEY Home Store Outlet quality is poor and even with a protection plan ASHLEY never entered the protection into the computer. I have had nothing but on going headaches. After months of trying to have furniture fixed notified that damage is not covered.

I am trying to get my money back that I paid when placed order. However for some reason I had to cancel it next day. I have paid for delivery and tax upfront. I should get the money back because I cancelled it before the given time. It is since December, I am trying to get my money back.the sales person said he proceed the credit over and over but I never got that money back. After waiting 3 weeks he told me to call corporate office. I did. Corporate office told me to contact local office. I called local office more than 10 times. It is hard to get them over the phone. A girl name Stephanie told me the refund was processed and I will see it on my next billing statement. I waited but I do not see any credit on there. Frustrating and annoying. I thought Ashley is a big company and I am dealing with professional people. Seems like they are not.

Please do not make any purchases at this store. This outlet store has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The couch that was promised to me was not what I received. I have gone back to the store multiple times in an effort to correct this issue or at the bare minimum get refunded for the difference. None of the managers would admit that they were at fault for coding the wrong couch number. They were very sneaky, disrespectful and dishonest. I am truly sorry I ever made a purchase with them. Please avoid this store at all costs. I’m not sure if this customer service and blatant thief is a result of this being an outlet store or a reflection of the corporation itself. Either way, please save yourself the trouble and avoid this store altogether.

Ta-Marsha was excellent salesperson. She was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. She was very professional, courteous and funny. She helped me make the perfect choice. I just received my couch & recliner and I'm very happy with my purchase. The quality is excellent. I just received the delivery today as promised by Ta-Marsha. The deliveryman were so professional. They were in & out of my apartment in a half hours time. My delivery was a guarantee fit due to the small entrance into my apartment. They put the furniture together so quickly & gave me plenty of time to inspect it which was great. I am so happy & satisfied with this purchase & delivery that I would recommend anyone to go to the Flatbush Ave showroom. Ask for Ta-Marsha or any of the staff who I also observed helping others. They were all great. This is the second time I purchased an Ashley couch which lasted more than 10 years & gave away to someone in great condition.

I received excellent customer service from one of the employees named Alex he was a great help and would recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture. I will be going back for more.

The staff here is so friendly, and I like the idea of converting old warehouses into useful stores. Really great store, plus it right next to a Blue Bottle, great place to hang out.

Today I went to Ashley Furniture just to get a bed but then I met Robert who was wonderful. He explained everything to me and was very patient. Thanks again Robert. I’ll recommend Ashley Furniture store on Flatbush Ave, just ask for salesperson Robert.

Darlene is the most intelligent and know her work very if you are ever in Ashley's furniture store at 2233 flatbush just asked for Darlene, she is the best and she will work with you to make sure you get just what you wanted and your money worth

Don't buy anything there a part to my sofa broke I went back to them and they said the part couldn't be ordered they try to sell me a new sofa I went on line and found the part I needed it cost 10 bucks.

Akiel was an awesome sales rep. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. My family and I went in and purchased a beautiful livingroom set with his help. He was even patient with my 10 year old as she looked around for her bedroom set and patiently answered all her questions. I loved the atmosphere and the prices where great.
