The customer service at this store is truly amazing. Maggie was really helpful and took the time out to help me with picking the furniture and was hands on during this process. I will definitely recommend this store to my family and friends and I look forward to purchasing more products from this store!

Bought a recliner a part broke went back and they said the part could not be ordered they try to sell me a new recliner went on line and found the part for 10 bucks will never buy there again.

Great furniture shopping experience. Darlene was so helpful and friendly. Great at sales but low pressure. Other sales people looked a bit greasy though.

Very terrible experience first the price i was coated was not the price on the tag still wanted to go ahead with the sale delivery was another hell i asked for a am delivery and i was told it was not possible asked the next day am told its too late and a supposedly manager named junior was very unprofessional kept me on hold for long then transferred me without informing me.
I had to ask for a total REFUND.
Will never recomend the flatbush branch to anyone.

The Staff is amazing. Received excellent help from a representative named Mike. You tell them your budget and they work it! There is no shame if you have a really low budget. The store is clean and well kept.

Great large store. Ashley still have phenomenal quality. Unfortunately, it is a little bit outdates for our taste.

Went to buy a love seat. Prices are great and everyone in the store was really friendly. The person who helped me I believe was Sherece, she was really friendly showed us the love seats, didn't hover over us. I had a mix up for delivery due to building needing certificate of insurance. No fault of the store and customer care was really helpful. The customer care in the store and on the phone is great here. When I get my delivery I will post that to my review as well.

Not recommended! I just had the worst experience with this company, the staff doesn’t know anything about sales, and they give u attitude, so unprofessional.

My visit was very welcoming. TaMarsha was very pleasant and courteous. She greeted me with a pleasant morning smile. Kudos how to Ashley employees.

Bought sofa set about 2 month ago. Still did not receive on-table minor items. It seems will never do. Sad
