Very bad experience, i am very patient guy yet this ofgice is a joke, i don't know why they waist people time and energy, if they don't want to work, stay home please. My story, first visit the dentist no greeting, no questions, no english! Only speaks with his assistance in Russian. If you don't ask none explain anything to you. They needed insurance provider for approval, it took 3 month, when i called they forgot to send the xrays to the insurance. Waited another 6 months, when i got lucky for an appointment, they said i needed different work on a different tooth and need insurance approval again! It's been 3month since that, today is 6/15/21, when i called they said they had the approval on February! This place should be closed immediately. It's a joke.

Not an up to date office/ needs a major overall. The xray machine wasn't working properly only captured one tooth that needed to be removed.unfortunately i have several. Referred me to another oral surgeon nothing got done. The staff is gr8, the dentist has a bad attitude and I discontinued my service. I thought being in the Mall it would be good but not. The mall is a front for this place.

First of every 1 star review on here is true everybody in there comes to work to do nothing but add something designer to their scrubs they are rude nasty they lie and I personally don't think they like black people I think they should be closed down they do nothing anyway the receptionist never put appointments in the book there is always a problem with that first then the dentist is a joke

This place is disgusting, first of all the dental hygienist stopped in the middle of my cleaning to answer her personal cellphone. I wouldn't of mind but she did a horrible job cleaning my teeth, not to mention the sink that's use to spit the mouthwash into was disgusting. It was filled with mold. Considering that we are going through a pandemic you would think they would take extra precaution to ensure the place is clean. The facility is outdated and they really need a makeover. I was so disgusted from the dirty sink and horrible cleaning I will not be returning.

The front desk girls had nasty attitudes that match their nastily done BBL’s. The dentist is ok but could be better. Seems like no one cares in there so I’m changing dentists. If you want satisfactory care for your teeth all around I suggest you look elsewhere.

Staff rude not professional.and be careful when they take your documents especially your ID they never remember to return it. They act like they doing u a favor. The newest staff seem to b worst than the first set. Beware

The front desk wasn’t rude or mean, but they also didn’t seem invested in.anyone.i watched an old man finally walk away in frustration because of a miscommunication regarding his dentures and for twenty minutes an receptionist said nothing relevant to help him or solve his issues.i’m only even writing this review now because i’m stuck in the lobby awaiting my appointment that was slated to start forty minutes ago and i need to kill some time.it was my first visit so i arrived twenty minutes early to fill out paperwork.after i filled it out i sat and waited and watched everyone else in the waiting room go into an appointment.i finally went up to see if i was forgotten and found out that i didn’t get seen because i didn’t bring back up my paperwork.hard eye roll.it would have been nice to have been told to do this step, but i also suppose i could have made an assumption and took initiative.in any case, i’ve been to many other medical facilities and if someone check in and get paperwork, if the receptionist doesn’t receive the paperwork they will call up the patient and as for it.all that to say, it would have been nice had one of the three people at the front desk checked in on my paperwork progress as they continued down the wait list and made it four names past mine.at this point i don’t mean to make this review so very long but i’m still here waiting so what else do i have to do with my time in this wait room purgatory? As of now i want to leave a one-star review, but i’ll wait until getting seen by the dentist before i make a final decision.perhaps the dentist will make this whole thing all better? Time will tell.

and then i saw the dentist.it was fine? I guess? I never got the name and the only spoken interaction we had was the dentist saying my name in the waiting room and then being told to take my lipstick off.no other words, literally.

at the end of the day i got what i came for, so that’s cool? By there were no frills, no meaningful human interactions, no reason to recommend the place further.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve consistently waited 1.5 hrs after my schedule appointment. They have excuses for everything. It’s like Pop Copy from the Chappelle Show. They are slower than Jamaican restaurants. Only go to this dentist if you hate yourself.

I can still see plaque between my teeth after "supposedly" getting my teeth cleaned. Stay away from this place if you can help it!

I truly believe no one goes here unless their dental plan requires it. This office is ridiculously incompetent to the point where I am calling my insurance to be sure I wasn't charged for the entire nothing they did. My next update will have the name of the staff that worked with me because it is beyond me how they they passed their boards.

I showed up for a scheduled appointment but they said it was the next day. I know for a fact that it was not because the receptionist and I discussed on the phone how my appointment was on Valentine’s Day. I explained that I had been waiting all week with serious tooth pain and that I needed to see someone. While they had me wait, I overheard many dismissive or uninformed conversations between the staff and patients. Decided to cancel my appointment right then on the spot and go elsewhere.

They are absolutely horrible. I try to make an appointment with them and they gave me a date after 3 months. I was in a lot of pain and they told me that they take emergency patient from Monday-Friday from 12-2 and when I get there at 12: 30 they were like they are not taking anymore patients. The staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. Plz don’t go to them, if I could I would give them zero stars

This is the worst dentist office. The Receptionist are very rude. It takes 3 months to get an appointment. I left work early and my appointment was canceled. No one contacted me. I would love to give them no stars.

I left work early to be here on time for my appointment made it in time, been waiting for over an hour. The staff sucks these will be my first and last time visiting these place. If you can go somewhere else you should. To tell the truth this place doesn't deserve my one star

Been here 3x. The receptionist are horrible/rude. 2 of the times they scheduled the appointments, but when I got there didn't have me in the system to be seen. I had to bring them the paper they gave me comfirming the appt. One time they tried to tell me it was the next day when i specifically asked for that day. I had to bring the paperwork to prove it. One guy gave me a very weak cleaning, another chic gave me a filling that made my tooth worst and more sensitive. Smh

That place is horrible.a bunch of kids are in the reception area that are rude and incompetent. Imagine having a root canal and not having your medication to help you heal.thank goodness I had some antibiotics at home. I called the main line three times and still my prescription was not sent to my pharmacy. Someone eventually called me back and promised to send my prescription to my pharmacy.still no medications. Their solution was for me to go to the emergency room. I stayed away for two years.should have never went back. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE.

Horrible. Mr. Niderman wears no mouth guard when looking over patients. Flora Niderman his wife is a monster. Gave me a bloody root canal for a crown I didn't need. Horrible people in it for the insurance check. Stay away.

These people are liars! Don't go here if you care about you teeth.one dentist said I needed seven filling, then the other said five. I now have a new dentist, and I only needed one filling! What the hell! Very hard to find an honest dentist in NY smh

Been there 4 times only have a super ruff cleaning by this woman dentist
done tones of x rays.receptionist are rude and not polite.
Stay away from that place.
