I agree w most of these ratings. My experience was poor. I was treated poorly. The cleaning was poor. Their attitudes were poor. The general feeling is that they dislike you, don't care that you are there, and will certainly do a half ass job on your teeth. Skip it for sure.

@ the Atlantic terminal dentist office.these people lack basic customer service skills and they seem very money grubbing. They are not interested in the patient at all be very careful going here I'm switched out of there as of next month

The staff in this place are rude and disrespectful, I come in for an emergency and the lady at the front desk had the nerve to tell me she don't think that my problem is emergency and for me to make appointment. How are going to tell me I'm not in pain or what going on in my mouth is not an emergency. I didn't know you was the dentist. As u can see Im here in pain cause other then that I would called instead wasting my money to come down here.

I got some good quality cleanings here. One time, I waited 35 minutes, the other time, I waited 5 minutes. I can't really rate them fully, as I haven't tested there other services, but I thought I'd give my 2 cents.

Update: Just like most everywhere else, you get the feeling they don't really have a lot of time to spend with you, to fully answer your questions. They just want to get you treated and out the door.

STAY AWAY!
Had to wait for two (!) hours for a check up, no exaggeration! The staff was rude and ignorant. The assistant made my X-rays and then left me in the dentist chair, didn't say a word to me, where I had to wait another 20 mins until the doctor finally came in. The worst dental experience ever

That 1 star is only for the front line of pleasure and hospitality. (thanks Ms Sherron.wish you were a dentist) it was downhill after that.after a walk-in emergency tooth ache. I was sent back to the front to reschedule for a later date I guess because they needed time to handle my emergency =on an August date.

They are the most disgusting group of individuals that I ever came across. The receptionists by the name of Avorica D (name spelled incorrectly) is very disrespectful. I made an appointment months ago and I forgot the time I was to go in, I called on the day of my appointment to get clearance on the time I should arrive. The rep told me 4PM, when I got to the dental office the rep told me I missed my appointment that was at 3PM and that I needed to reschedule a new one 2 months away. I was very distort and upset with how they came up with that conclusion. I was told the wrong information. I had to leave work and pull my son out of school early for the appointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENERGY GOING TO THIS PLACE. UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE MAXXXXX!

Mall dentist and chain franchise dentistry srr the absolute worst. When I was a younger woman I came to this dentist not knowing much about teeth and trusting them to what was in my best interest. They went crazy in my mouth with drilling and filling with MERCURY FILLINGs, which are the worst possible fillings for teeth. Unlike composite fillings, mercury fillings make your teeth really sensitive to hot and cold, don't bond correctly to teeth, leech toxins in the body and discolor gums. When I asked them to use composite in the chair the Russian dentist said mercury was better and filled my mouth with it. 5 years later I need to have them all replaced and because she drilled soo deep I might need crowns. These people are psychos and don't follow best practices. They do things to make money. Every dentist that I've been to since have said that the work that was done was unnecessary. Now half my mouth is damaged and I'm only 28! I didn't know better and came here and trusted them and they jacked me up. I wish that I could post the xrays of what they did. I wish that I could sue, but all I can do now is tell you all to stay far away unless you want no teeth. -1000 stars.
