AT&T Store, Albany NY

Jason was able to upgrade us to a 5G plan with very little increase in cost. He is very knowledgeable, technically savvy, personable and customer service oriented. He made sure all our questions were answered and our phones were functioning properly before we left the store. Overall, a successful and satisfying experience.

I wanted to take a moment to personally note the excellent work by Jason Campbell. He helped rectify a problem caused by another AT&T store at Stuvesant Plaza on June 30th, 2021, and he was extremely knowledgable, helpful and professional throughout the process. Others have commented on him specifically, but I would like AT&T know what a great job he did in making a very bad situation better.

My girlfriend went to the store one evening to get me a new cellphone because mine had been destroyed right before I went into work. She was greeted with the most unprofessional manager she has ever seen. She went along with a friend and she had said the same thing. Glad to take my business somewhere else.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Rudest manger I have ever seen. Made his associate come and handle my problem with the phone because it was inconvenient for him due to finally coming over to me after waiting 2 hours and now its past his closing time. Sat there and texted on his phone the whole time and ignored me when I had a question to ask after walking away from me the first time. YOUR JOB IS NOT HARD.:)

Derek was great! We switched over from Verizon and he took the time to go over the cost and promotions with AT&T. He switched over all our info and we couldn’t have been happier with the service he provided.

Was helpful one lady said a SIM card was free and then the guy that came out for her made me pay for it so I was kind of disappointed

The wait there is ridiculous. We went into get a hotspot. They had no brochures. We told the person who checked us in what we were there for and got no info. Waited about an hour. Then they tell us how overpriced there plans are and that they can't add on to your data plans. What a waste of time.

Mike is awesome! He was patient, helped me with everything despite complications, and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend him!

I've never felt more disrespected from a store, much less from the manager before. The employees are truly a bottom of the barrel bunch. I purchased a Note 8 Privacy Glass from them, and they informed me that if it ever needs replaced just bring it in and they'll take care of it. Fantastic I thought! The time came where it needed replaced, and I called into the store to find out if they had any in stock, they claimed they did not. Being that my first experience just with buying the glass was horrible I figured I'd stop by the mall and look for myself. No surprise, they had 3 on the shelf, but just didn't feel like looking and / or replacing. I tried to have them replace it and they refused. I asked to speak to the manager and was approached by some kid who had no right to be in management in the first place, and he was just as disrespectful as the associate.

Would give a negative rating if i could.staff completely rude and always trying to upsell. One rep even tried to sell me a note 6. Which i corrected him there is no note 6 he told me yes and he had it for a year. Horrible customer service. Verizon here i come

I went here before and the Service was good, because my Relative needed some work done on his phone and it was fixed. And the Staff were very helpful in Answering my Question that I had.

I walked in on a Saturday night to upgrade my phone. I wasn’t even in the door before someone was helping me. Michael S had me upgraded and out the door within 20 minutes! And that was with conversation! I was honestly afraid to go with the bad reviews but was beyond pleasantly surprised!
