26CS reps don't want to or can't help you. Very rude and make you feel like you are imposing on them.
I called 3 times to ask a simple question and nobody ever answers. Furthermore, I went to the store and the lack of service was disgusting. This is the worst store known to man. Hence the 2.5 ratings. Smh
Horrible customer service! I have never felt like a ghost walking into a store like I have today. Extremely unhelpful, the manager was least interested in answering my questions or attending to me. Customer reps spent a half hour servicing others, dragging on conversations while I stood waiting for someome to acknowledge me. When I confronted them about the low quality of their service they refused to acknowledge or apologise. I could not rate their service any lower.
I have never seen more complaints for an ATT location.if you have the opportunity, go to any other ATT location.
Amazing service fast and friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this outlet to anyone.

Guy and lady didn't know how hotspot works.he was trying to sell me samsung s8, was rude and no professionalism at all.
