Karen Madden, one of concierge is the quintessential host! Besides being able to remember names, Karen has the innate ability to make everyone feel welcome and at home. I think this is a very unique trait for one to possess and I applaud her for it. I look forward to seeing her and her shining personality every day.

Its a darn shame the cooperative in yonkers cannot compete with your standards, God I wish I was back in Long beach.

As always, Andy to the rescue. Whatever the issue, Andy is on hand with a smile and total competence to handle the problem. It is a pleasure to know that he is always available to handle any problems that arise in the apartment. Andy is the best thing to have happened to Avalon!

The maintenance crew at the Avalon Towers make living here absolutely amazing. Kevin Dolgos has gone above and beyond every time we put in a maintenance request and its taken care in a timely professional matter.
