I have lived at the Avalon West Chelsea for 4 years and could not be happier! The staff is amazing and it is a great place to call home. Sarah and Susanne in the leasing office are the best in the industry and always go above and beyond what normal agents would do. Our front desk staff (William and Daryl) are top notch! If you are looking for a new place to call home I highly recommend you put the Avalon West Chelsea at the top of your must see places.

Very positive experience living at AWC. Easy leasing, move-in, and move-out process - Sarah Frey was especially helpful. Quiet neighborhood, proximity to the High Line, and good amenities. Friendly and accommodating service from the entire staff.
Amazing staff, just the most helpful and lovely team who made my moving in experience so easy. The building and neighbourhood is also great.
