We had the pleasure of getting a lease with Tim Francis at New Babylon Honda this past weekend. Without hesitation, we give the dealership and especially Tim a five star rating. The mangers introduced themselves and quickly introduced us to Tim when we arrived. He was professional, friendly and was able to get us a price that worked for our family. He did not make us feel pressured in any way. Tim explained all of the features for the ‘21 & ‘22 vehicles we were interested in. Though we had an issue (on our end) reaching an insurance agent Tim was extremely patient and waited beyond the dealership hours to ensure that we were able to take our new lease home that evening and not have to make a trip back. We would definitely return to lease another vehicle.

I walked in there clueless on what car i wanted and she was more than patient with helping me choose the perfect car for me. They talk down to you making themselves look like they're doing you a favor by being there. They need to back and get some customer service classes. The worst and laziest dealership on LI. Complete rip off. Borderline fraudsters. I don't even know how to talk with respect.

Website is horrible to use - its 2021, get a clue! Dealership has "finance price" on used inventory. Not even real pricing again, time to get a clue!

Had a good experience. They explained that during the covid environment lending may take time. I understood and waited while everyone kept me information every few moments.

Took a test drive in one of their cars. Never was offered a visa reward card as part of there promotion in test driving a car. I guess because I didn't purchase a car. False advertising on Honda part. Salesman had a visa card on his desk but when I refused to buy the car, removed the visa card from his desk. Never go to Babylon Honda

I had a great experience there. Phil Delaney was a great sales and was extremely kind throughout the process. I highly recommend coming to this Honda dealership the people there are extremely kind and welcoming and made sure our process was smooth.

Walked in after visiting two other Honda dealers and was greeted in a friendly manner. The salesman was very well informed and was honest enough to say he was not sure for a question about the car - I DID know the correct answer that the two other dealers got wrong. The prices for the lease made sense and I did NOT get the feeling that they were trying to pull as fast on one you! Plus, when the final paper work was signed there were no unexpected charges and no hard sell for add on services.

I had an issue with the inflation of my tires. Reed took my car right in. My issue was resolved quickly. The waiting room was comfortable and the staff was efficient and friendly. Overall great experience.

Staff was helpful to a point. When a refund needed it take 2 weeks to get back after the run around.
