The whole experience was pleasant, easy and smooth. My salesperson Andrew was awesome, very informative and friendly. Explained every detail of the car and worked with me to make sure I was getting a great price on a new 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport. The finance guy (Will) was also really nice and did a great job finding me the best interest rate possible for my loan. Overall A+ to the staff, I am a happy customer.
Went straight to the Babylon honda parking lot for a honda accord sport on 6/4/2018 around 230 pm and one of the employees was showing a car to a customer so I asked him if the other closed parking had the accord sport so his answer was " you have to access with a sales person, we don't sale cars to ghosts, we don't know you ". SO THIS GHOST WENT STRAIGHT TO THE BAYSHORE HONDA AND 5 DAYS LATER I WAS DRIVING A BRAND NEW HONDA ACCORD SPORT 1.5. PROFESSIONAL ETC
Our sales person Fred Hayes made our experience fantastic. No over pitch, no nonsense. He was down to earth and very personal. We had a great conversation and he seemed to have gone above and beyond to make the deal manageable for us.

Right from the time of pulling up, I was greeted by Cristie and was in and out in 1.5 hours for an oil change. Pretty reasonable time I thought. My floor mat had a little grease on it, but it was easy enough to clean up when I got home. I just wish they would include a car wash, like most dealers seem to be doing now.
