Just came from this location and being that it's the same owner as the location on Central in Hartsdale, why is the service here so much better?

Horrible service portions are a joke which I guess I can understand these days. There selection is horrible as well. The girl helping me didn’t look like she wanted to be there. I ordered 4 double scoops of ice cream and the cups were half full. Then she left them on the counter and handed me a bag. If gas wasn’t so expensive I would have driven back. I will never ever go to this location again. I wish I could have given them negative stars! Hopefully the manager sees this review.

The worst chocolate milk shake I've ever had and I ordered these all over Fairfield County Connecticut and New York.

Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins combo in this location with a drive thru which is a rarity in these nearby towns. They move fairly quickly despite a high volume at certain times of the day.

My family ordered four cups of ice cream in four different flavors. Only one thought that it was fine. Two found their cups icy. One thought it tasted bad, but to be fair, he wanted vanilla, but they only had low fat vanilla. We're going to stick to Carvel.
