On my daughter's birthday, I ordered a cake from this Dunkin'. I was excited to pick it up, but when I arrived, the owner was rude and dismissive. She rang me up for the cake without saying anything, and when I said thank you and have a good day, she didn't respond.
This was incredibly disappointing, especially since it was my daughter's special day. I expected better customer service from the owner of the establishment.
