6I have never found a Ben and Jerry’s that was so unaccommodating of allergies. They only had one non-dairy flavor that could only be scooped, not made into a milkshake or anything else. When asked, the employee gave us a very flippant and rude “no we don’t do that. ” They close very early for the location. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to the local ice cream shop. It’s much better.
Great ice cream and service! The young gentleman who waited on us was great, very patient answering my son's (who has autism) questions.
Overpriced.rude employees, poor customer service and an owner that just does not care. Since Unilever bought this company years ago, it lost its magic and its quality. Sad.
The coffee coffee and expresso ice cream with chocolate chips is very good in a chocolate-covered waffle cone. However it is not worth $18.75 for two scoops. Well overpriced!
Ben and Jerry's had the best ice cream. Always consistent. Try the marshmallow sky flavor. Delicious.
Nice street walk along lake placid. Kids love ben & jerry’s and can’t resist. A bit pricey but hey! It is lake placid Main Street tourists spot.
