I give this a two star only because the food is great one time I had a reservation I was seated over a hour later today I gave it another try was seated before our reserved time but the cook came out 50mins after the service was horriable the cook only said his name and the order for the night (we even couldn’t understand that) I can honestly say it’s not all the cook the cook next table over put on a show. To bad he didn’t serve us

Most boring hibachi chef ever.
He did nothing to entertain, he cooked and left, meanwhile tables around us ooo'd and whaahh with clapping.
I was beyond annoyed, what a disappointment.

Great place to have dinner and bring the kids they would love to see the chefs cooking the good

The food was as delicious as always. The service was good. Chef was entertaining. However the portions were smaller than previous visits.

The service was poor especially on my birthday. An employee had an attitude where I didn't feel like going there any more and I just felt like going to another restaurant where I actually felt where I belong and family fun.

It wasn't busy the time of day I attended this location. Lunch was ending and staff was a little lax because of it I suppose. The food was okay. It was average at best. Slim parking too of i remember correctly.

Overall underwhelming experience. Food was average at best. Service was pretty good. Chef was attentive to our children's needs. The price your pain you would expect high quality product and more enjoyable experience.

We have a very bad experience, I personally not recommend it, expensive for a bad food, stay away from this place, if you are craving for Japanese food, better go to the mall, I would give a half star, but one is obligatory

High quality fresh food service, professional staff, kid friendly are few words to describe this restaurant.

Nothing special here same old hibachi chef tricks they also put to much sodium in there food and the only Japanese traditional is the name that's it

Overall was a nice experience here! I went for an early Dinner so it wasn't crowded, the food was very good. The chef was ok.but not bad (that's just the one we got because I saw other chefs at other tables that were a lot better and entertaining) the staff was very nice, the waitress very helpful and pretty
I went there for my birthday and I actually had a great time with friends and family. My husband ordered a desert to sing Happy Birthday to me and I got to blow the candle!

Went to Benihana with my two girls and husband, my girls loved the chef's show. The food was good just takes as little long to get to eat. But other than that the service was great and so was the chef.

Always a wait but food is good. However the filet mignon is not a filet mignon. I know steak and they need to stop fooling people.

I went here June 14 this year for my daughter's graduation. We had a reservation they say us down we waited 30 min for soup. They have is menus and have us a hard time we were ended up leaving. The manager never came out to get us someone nothing.

Great Service! Fun time, surprisingly it was my first and my girlfriend suggested. She was right we had a blast! There was birthday on one end, an anniversary on the other and her and i just a chill day.

For children the experience is exciting. The food wasn't impressive and not worth the wait. It can be awkward sitting at the communal table and the other people seated next to you are whisperers.

Steve the manager is the most unfit manager to be working a restaurant. Calls me back because we had a problem in the restaurant and all he did was make it worse by defending the waiter and his other manager. The service was terrible we had a reservation and the meal took way too long. Place made nothing right and would never go back to this location.
