It was busy when I visited over the weekend, was satisfied they were following social distancing protocols as I had to wait outside for customers to leave. It was a quick trip as the sales person was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I looking for.

Horrible service. Sales associates are unaware of store policies or inventory. I went here twice in one year for a bedroom set. The first time as I was about to swipe my card, the whole system shut completely down. The second time I was given incorrect information about my delivery which I never got and they refused to refund my down payment. The outlet in bay plaza needs to be shut down PERMANENTLY!

Bob's Bay Plaza Rocks! The showroom is huge with many options for bedroom, living room sets and much more. The salespeople are GREAT! Henry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a great deal.

Went to Bob's today with my husband and found the perfect new mattress. Our salesman, Allington was great! Super helpful and not pushy at all. He answered all our questions, and gave us space to discuss our decision. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is considering shopping there.

Not too many people would rate "the Bronx" for professionalism and cleanliness when it comes to our stores. But I have to commend Bobs Furniture in co-op city and Alexis for making it comfortable and easy to shop. She was very informative and kept it real. Thanks Alexis! But. I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 1. And they don't even deserve the one star. No fault of the sales associate Alexis. I still think she is great! However, customer care and the delivery team are THEE ABSOLUTE WORST TEAM OF PEOPLE! They give the brand a really bad name. And I would NEVER do business with Bob's or recommend them. I plan to get all of my money back. Every time they have tried to make a delivery something was wrong and the delivery men and customer care reps were unprofessional and NEVER offered solutions to try and resolve. I always had to call the store and speak with Alexis to rectify things. I remained patient for the 1st two times but the 3rd and last attempt was the last straw for me. I tracked the delivery truck all day. Stayed in my house to make sure I wouldn't miss them. I got the text message stating they would be here in 10 minutes. 20 minutes pass and not even a phone call or a ring on the doorbell to let me know they were outside. I call customer care and they claim that they have a photo of the delivery men at my door. I then explained no one came, because in my neighborhood everyone can hear when a big truck passes or pulls up and if they did, no one rang the doorbell because even my neighbors can hear my doorbell when it rings. I explained to the rep that if they supposedly came is there no way for him to contact them because I was literally standing in the doorway he said no. I explained that at this point I would like my money back instead because the lack of communication and this system is really an inconvenience to me who has been waiting days for my delivery. He couldn't help me with that either, didn't even give me any other option even to reschedule and told me I had to call the store back in order to do that. The store closes at 7pm. I called at 6: 45 and no one answered for the whole 15minutes that I let it ring out. Again, I am extremely dissatisfied with it all and just want to take my money elsewhere.
