Bob's Discount Furniture, Bronx NY

Wish I was able to give this zero stars. I have been home all day waiting on a delivery. I am disgusted by this company. I spent well over $1800 on my purschase. Spent all day waiting to be told that I will need to reschedule the delivery till next week friday! That means sleeping on the floor till then! I have health problems. When I decided to purchase my bedroom set from Bob's it never occurred to me that I would deal with such horrible service.

This is unacceptable!

Went to this store and was welcomed by Henry. He made our purchase so easy, as he was very patient and informative with the items we wanted. I would highly recommend this store, and that you ask for him whenever you're there.

I met Tony the sales rep and he did a great job he was very knowledgeable on the items I wanted to purchase he showed me different options that may have been suitable for me. I with his knowledge in was able to choose what I wanted.
