Brooklyn Fare

I visited this store a few times when I stayed at the Hilton a block away. They have groceries (the hotel room had a fridge) and a wide variety of prepared food. The prices were reasonable and I had a pleasant shopping experience.

I love this local Brooklyn market. You'll always find helpful and friendly service and great weekly deals.

Terrific grocery store with many great choices. Fresh cheeses, vegetables, meats etc. Prices are reflective of a smaller shop, but the service is good. Nice bakery section and good produce section. Packaged food has many options. They have a nice selection of house made salads as well as a fresh salad bar.

Food is always fresh and I commute from Bayridge just to shop here versus my neighborhood grocer.

Some items are a great price while others seen like a crazy markup. But it's a clean and friendly place to shop, and if you use a points card and keep an eye on the sales, it's a great place to shop. They also have prepared food and a small place to sit and eat, so if you have jury duty and want a quiet spot to have a good sandwich or salad, this is a good spot.

There are a great variety of groceries here but it is mostly more expensive than other grocery stores. Fish heads are really cheap however and are the primary reason I go there.
