Bruni & Campisi Inc, Elmsford NY

We found water on the kitchen counter around the faucet. Booked an appointment between 10 to 12pm. They showed up a little after 10: 00am! Impressive. They reviewed and diagnosed the water was coming from inside the faucet. The leak could have been somewhere inside the faucet or the cartridge, but since Moen has a lifetime warranty, Moen opted to replace the entire faucet to be sure the leak was not missed if somewhere besides the cartridge. Also impressive. The men were on time, curious, professional as Bruno & Campisi usually is and they diagnosed the problem fast and installed the new faucet quickly and without any issues. Great company.

B&C kept me informed of my appointment, and advised me when the tech would show up. The tech, Charlie, showed up on time. His work was both professional and efficient. He left the work area clean and neat. I received a discount in pricing because of a B&C program rewarding me for early maintenance of my AC unit. A good deal for everybody!

My boiler broke late on a Sunday night. They were at my house, working on the new boiler by Monday afternoon. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because once the boiler was installed I had to call them back because it wasn't working. They sent someone back almost immediately and he was great. He stayed until he made sure everything was working. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

Maintenance service was performed. Tech was on time and professional. Pointed out issues that should be addressed.

They replaced an HVAC unit and required full payment that night without providing a receipt. They then continued to hassle for even more monies thereafter.

They are shady and try to take advantage of any situation.

During one of August's heat weaves, my central air unit stopped working. Since I had two toddlers at home, I had to find the first available company to fix it. With my bad luck I found bruni and campisi. A guy came and checked the unit and told me that the motor is not working and needs to be replaced. Then he charged me close to $300. In about two days, they ordered the part and told me that this will cost me a little over $1000 but don't worry the part is under warranty and the manufacturer will pay for it. A months later, I contacted them to check on the status of the refund. They told me that this takes time and they are working on it. Another month past by, they told me good news the manufacturer approved it and we need to send them the old part and they will pay the refund immediately once they get it. I checked with them again two weeks later and the guy told me I don't know why it's taking that long "I'm going to talk to my manager to escalate this". A month later, I checked again and no one answered my email. I called their bluff and asked if they actually sent the old part to the manufacturer and again no one is answering. Bottom line, it's a scam. I usually don't write reviews but in this case I had to do it because I don't want anyone to go through what I did.

Heard a lot of great things, unfortunately, they must be too busy to call me back to finalize the quote I received. I had left three separate messages. Had to spend 12K with another company.

Great job installing our new a/c system. Cornell and Steve were very professional, thoughtful and courteous.

BEST SERVICE *****FIVE STAR**** TRIPLE AAA. I called Bruni Campisi 18 months ago for plumbing they responded right away and fixed it, reasonable rates. I had another problem a year ago and again they responded the same day, they fixed it and it was very reasonable. I called them last week because my air conditioner broke down and Bruni Campisi came to the rescue the same day and fixed the problem. These guys have the BEST SERVICE *****FIVE STAR**** TRIPLE AAA

As new home owners with our first leak, we were a bit panicked and didn't know where to turn but Bruni & Campisi were wonderful. Our technician Jack was very professional, arriving quickly and was very helpful in finding the leak in our bathroom. He even answered some other questions we had in regards to plumbing. We will be using Bruni & Campisi for all our plumbing needs going forward! Thanks again, Jack!

Have used them for years - mixed experience. Some technicians are rude.
They are also slow and very expensive

The technician, Mr. Paul Jones, sent by this company to service my AC was excellent. He was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and meticulous in his work. He performed the best AC service job we have ever had, and we will continue to use Bruni and Campisi in the future.

Was having heating issues at a relatives house, coordinated with the Bruni and Campisi team and they set me up with new energy efficient boiler and added in additional valves to make servicing easier in the future. Price was very competitive.

I’ve been using them for years, and recently, I was truly impressed with their level of service. Recently, we had them do a repair for us and it didn’t work, and they came back and also sent a supervisor besides a tech to make sure that the repair was really taken care of and that we were satisfied. All along the way, they took full responsibility and made sure our experience was a positive one. Jeff in particular was extremely responsive.

Not an emergency service. Called at 1030pm and was told they couldn't get someone out to my house until the next day in the afternoon. Could not have cared less about our heating emergency on a very cold night.

Jack came on the coldest (and busiest) day of the year and thankfully solved our frozen pipe problem quickly!

Want to thank Bobby and his team on a job well done. Excellent 24/7 service on the coldest weekend of the year. We called many company's and only Bobby called me back and got a truck over in less then 2 hrs and fixed the heating issue. Thanks Bruni & Campisi

This is the second time we've used B&C - first time to install central A/C in our co-op and now to install a new hot water heater. In both cases, the work was done efficiently, neatly and effectively. Good people too. For the hot water heater, Jermaine and Aman were remarkably professional, easy to work with, considerate and highly capable. I have a tendency to ask lots of questions, which they answered patiently. No doubt I would hire them again.

I have left multiple messages on their emergency line for a boiler value they were supposed to install today - we are at house with no heat in subfreezing temps.

Their response rate is quite poor and their service very expensive.

I would like to give Jack an excellent review. He was prompt, knowledgeable about my very old plumbing, neat and clean.
