26LaGuardia location is by far the worst. The employees are dishonest and there no recourse for their actions. I would never rent from budget again as I was a member for art lease two years! Hated the experience never again.
Tried to give me a car that smelled like an ashtray and it was falling apart absolutely out of control.
Long line even with a reservation. Ran out of cars. Two shuttle buses to get here. Poor service

Ora, my wife, uses a wheelchair, and Budget did not have an accessible shuttle van to take us from LGA to the rental facility. When we asked the driver why he could not operate the lift, he told us that it had been broken for a long time and that he told the mechanic but the mechanic refused to fix the lift. This is a violation of ADA. It is a disgrace that customers in wheelchairs cannot get to the vans. I had to carry my wife on my back, which is dangerous. I would not use Budget again.
