I don’t understand why that older guy with glasses has such an attitude problem. Came in to by a large cup chocolate I was being polite, the guy stares me up and down, I said “no thank you just plain” and he rolled his eyes because I didn’t want toppings. I also asked for a bag and he didn’t say thank you back after I was being polite the entire time and he pushes the ice cream in the bag towards me and walks away to the back of the machines. They should be glad to have a running business with loyal customers and should have show some appreciation and humility to all customers but this just made me not want to come back and everyone I know I also told to avoid. The other locations are way more friendly and appreciate customers!

The people there are very patient and knew the types of ice cream I wanted to buy for my grandson and daughter in law. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they helped me find exactly something I really liked. I'm glad I went there. I will definitely go back again.

Compare to other Carvel stores their serving are smaller. Please be little more Generous.

There are 3 Carvels near where I live. This Carvel is the furthest and it’s the one I go to.

The service is fast and extremely polite. But more important the prepackaged items like Brown Bonnets and Flying Saucers are always super fresh! I have never been disappointed. And the store is always very clean.

I have been a Carvel customer since the mid 60’s and this location is by far one of the best I’ve ever been in.

Don’t cheap out on loyal customers! You pay for a medium cup and the amount that they give you is like a small and when you get sprinkles, there is big empty spots where the sprinkles should be but they cheap out on it. The older lady which I think is the owner, is extremely rude. My friend and I got ice cream and we were chilling in the car on our phones for about 40-50 minutes, and the older lady came out assuming we were trying to rob her. Like what? ! Mind you she knows us well because we always go here. One day there was money on the floor which someone must’ve dropped and I came and saw the money. I gave it to the cashiers and told them someone must’ve lost it so take it in case they come back. After tonight, we will never be coming back here again! Ridiculous!

A wonderful family owned place it’s a tradition to come here parking lot fast service great air-conditioning and very helpful staff Mimi very patient efficient knows the Carvel items

Love the ice cream cake here. We learned to get ice cream cakes for all kids birthday. No waste at all compare to traditional cakes that no one eats.

Huge vanilla and chocolate crunch soft serve fan. They have other soft serve flavors as well!

Right now, it's vanilla, chocolate, vanilla butter toffee, cold brew coffee and pistachio! I loveeeeeeeeee coffee and pistachio ️

They also have a large variety of flavors for scooped ice cream as well!

Horrible! I ordered a large soft swerve and they didn’t even fill the cup all the way! I basically paid for a large but got a small! They also cheap out on the rainbow sprinkles! The cookie crumb was stale! Never coming back here again!

Been going there for 12 years, never the friendliest but never had a problem with them. Was in there with my wife and two kids who always are with me, and kids never acted up, and always clean up after themselfs, we were all finishing our ice cream at around 955 pm on a Saturday, and were told by the owner that we had to leave because they close at 10 pm. We said goodnight, and headed out the door when we saw two couples walking in and being served.i thought they were closed. Never said anything to her and kept going even though my kids felt singled out. Fast forward to a few months ago and I'm next in line to place my order with the employee while owner lady is standing by the register, a man walks in, and is immediately asked by her to place his order. Not going there again. I guess all the Birthday cakes and ice cream over the years weren't enough for her.
