I love this Carvel! I am always greeted by the handsome gentleman Alan. The ice cream is always delectable and creamy. Just what I need on a hot summer day.

This carvel is so good. It’s the only one on the island that isn’t awful. The staff is so nice and every time I’m near the mall I buy carvel!

Had an amazing experience here! All the workers are extremely friendly and the manager is charming and always make the customer feel welcomed. The ice-cream is delicious, fresh, and always up to par everytime I come here. Definitely recommended!

They use to good but today 8/26/23 I get horrible service ever. They guy who took my order he don’t have any idea about carvel shake and ice cream.

Ordered from doordash, got a peanut butter cup Dasher and they messed it up, couldn't make it right, really simple. Lazy that's what happened.
Stay away from this place when using door dash.

The best ice cream and service on the island! It’s clean, efficient and after a hard day at my construction job, this carvel always makes my frown turn upside down. The staff is above and beyond and friendly. Love the new gluten free crumbles as well and highly recommend them and this carvel!:)

I love this location! The staff is always super friendly and polite. They never disappoint with the yummiest, most scrumptious, freshest ice cream. Also, I am 7 months pregnant and they always make my experience amazing! The staff endlessly labors to keep this store immaculately clean, I have never seen a cleaner store. By far the cleanest carvel in NYC. Carvel 4 Life! <3
