I go to this store often to get my son a milkshake. The owner is always very pleasant and knows exactly what I get when I enter the store. Always a good experience and the ice cream is always good as well.

Place is always dirty.found 21 small pieces of plastic in my cinnabon soft serve ice cream and woman who served me was very rude.she had on a mask with her airpods in and was ignoring her customers.seemed like the manager.what type of manager would control her store like this.seems very immature.very disappointing. 0/10 will not be back here

This is a very well run carvel. For all u people who get ice cream at 11 in the damn morning u are a special animal. (not in a good way) so lose weight and stop eating ice cream at 11 am.

Not a positive experience and will never go back to that place! They don’t believe in celebrating birthdays and will not participate. There are better places than this and don’t need to be lied to after I came back a second time with what was requested. Bitter taste with an owner like that.

Terrible Carvel. Obnoxious young girl behind the counter. Ask for a bag she just winged it on the counter. Get home to find our cups were just a hollow pyramind of ice cream. 13.00 for a vanilla cup and a so called hot fudge sundae with a snotty teenage girl. I'll take my money elsewhere.

It’s carvel, easy 5 stars. The staff rotates frequently but we get regular ice creams so nothing to mess up. Maybe people should stop buying 2800 calories treats with 47 steps to make it and the new staff would have an easier time with the order.
