24Chili Animal Care provides my pets with loving care. I have never had a reason to go anywhere else. They've been great.
We've been coming here for almost 25 years with all of our cats and have recommended family and friends as well! Our pets are our family, and the vets at Chili Animal Care treat them that way too. The staff and Doctors are so friendly yet professional and explain everything we need to know in detail. Even in case of emergency our calls are responded to by these vets, not referral elsewhere.
We have been taking our pets here for more than 20 years. The customer service every single time is so poor. The women at the front desk are so rude and snippy. If you hate your job that much, quit. It's amazing how every single visit is greeted with out a smile and the sense that I'm bothering them. Terrible!
We have been using them for 20+ years. They have been incredible. The facility isn't fancy looking, they try to keep prices down instead of decorating. We would not take our pets anywhere else.
