The service was fast but I had to return 2 days in a row and my son is still with fever and pus on tonsil with not medications awaiting throat culture which will take with 3 days. Really is this urgent

In and Out in 15 minutes!
Very helpful staff, was able to get treatment and waste not time and without rushing. Was also seen with 4 minutes of waiting.

Environment is beautiful, modern and clean. Everyone was friendly and personable except the doctor I was seen by. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so perhaps he was having a bad day. I will have to come again in the future to fully make up my mind as to whether I will make this my urgent care go-to.

Edit: Ended up having to come again a few days ago and had a much more positive experience with a different doctor.

I had a great experience. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The medical assistant and Doctor were very attentive. My procedure was done quickly. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Doctor says I have Gastritis when I have absolutely no pain in my stomach or stomach lining. They weren't even busy so I don't know why he rushed to that diagnosis. They never even asked about my diet & they're telling me to eat smaller meals. I average one meal a day because I'm so busy already. Yes it's urgent care not primary care but how can I have acid reflux with absolutely no burning sensation? The Doctor says oh people describe burning sensations differently.

Improper diagnosis - the doctor takes the least medical precaution. Left this location and went to Yonkers, received proper medical attention. See a different City MD location.
