CityMD Prospect Heights Urgent Care - Brooklyn

Two misdiagnoses for the same condition. Extended my suffering by a month. I'll do my best to never go here again.

Dr Elena was very nice and the rest of the staff were fine, there was about a 15 minute wait time which seemed reasonable. I'm giving a 2star review because I went in there without insurance and was told by the front desk staff that I would be charged $125.00 to see the doctor and that any additional services would be extra and billed to me later. Luckily I didn't need any additional services but 3 weeks later I received a bill for an additional $100 without any clarification about what the additional charge was for. After calling the billing dept they explained that visit itself was $225 and that I was being charged $125 at the time of the visit and the remainder by mail. This doesn't sit well with me personally because I don't believe the services I received are worth $225 to begin with and it also seems pretty clear that their billing system is designed to deliberately obfuscate what you are actually being charged.
