They like to rush you a lot when your trying on glasses and they also kept trying to swindle me to pay for expensive glasses when I already told them no.
And don’t try to ever call them because they NEVER
Answer the phone.
I would not recommend this place to anyone

Let’s start by saying I was there an an hour after my scheduled appointment waiting and watching people try on frame after frame and not once did the unprofessional staff sanitize their hands or any of the glasses that were on several people’s faces.

They have great customer service. Never too busy, plus your going to be in and out especially when u ask for julia!

I had a great experience there! Julia was an excellent sales person and helped me find a nice pair of Ray Ban's! Their facility is lovely, quiet and they have the best selection of fashion eyewear!

Julia is an amazing sales woman with hospitality that feels like 5 star amazement with some comfort thrown in. Ella habla español y ingles como sea te habla con confiansa. She automatically knew my taste level and wow'ed me with my new Gucci glasses & Rayban shades. I love them. I used to hate to wear glasses but these new gucci clear/silver frames are to die for. I felt comfortable from the second I walked in, had a conversation with me and personalized my experience up till the cases for both my new glasses. I did not expect to have this much of a nice time at an optical in the Bronx at that. Plus I qualified for the plan to keep my glasses cute and stylish. Now this, is someone who can sell the house down! Will definitely be recommending people to come here when they need some glasses or their eyes checked. Thank you Julia.

I went there to get glasses. Chrissy helped me. She was so patient, even though I was being extra asking to try on wayyy too many frames. She even suggested ones that she thought would look good on me. I’m super happy with my glasses!

Julia was very professional. She helped me choose frames that were fashionable yet reasonably priced. This was one of my best experiences buying eye wear.

Julia, Rosa and Kate gave me and outstanding service. Almost every other person from the staff was always smiling in a good mood.

My eyeglasses were ready on time and I had a pretty good discount.

Do not let them swindle you into buying glasses there after an optometrist appointment. They tried to tell me that if I didn't get glasses with them right then that I would loose the benefit. This isn't true. You can buy glasses wherever and whenever you want, so don't let them talk you into buying something you don't want!

However, I liked the doctor. So there's that.

Angie and Chrissy both helped me at cohens. Angie was the main one who helped me multiple times as soon as I walked through the door. Angie helped me with 2 pairs of glasses and an exchange, Chrissy assisted as well. Great customer service PULL UP HERE and ask for any of these ladies they are great!

Don't listen to the reviews, staff are very nice and my wait was 15min. The eye doctor was very pleasant. Customers who go there are actually rude. Downside is I've been waiting for my glasses for nearly a month and still haven't received them.

I want to say that all staff here are very professional & knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my glasses because they were from a union voucher and I recently retired and I appreciate all the attention and expert service. Great service pretty quick glasses were ready in 3 days I went Thursday so (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Got the call Monday but letting you know empire health coverage doesn’t have the best options but it’s fine

I am really happy that I walked in to Cohens today. Chrissy provided very good customer service. She had all the answers to my questions regarding coverage, costs and financing. I am a very picky person so i tend to take my time deciding glasses and contact lenses, although the day was very busy With scheduled clients and walk in clients, the team handled everyone with patience and plenty of smiles! I can’t wait to pick up my glasses and lenses!
