Iove this place, the staff there is great. The ladies are alway so helpful. I have gotten all my glasses from this place. Gave them a 5 because they are alway on point with the different glasses. Great customer service no matter what the issue is.they alway have a solution for you. If I could give them a 10 I would give it to them.the whole staff is GREAT!

The reason I’m giving this place two stars is because one of the ladies at the counter was very rude with me. I didn’t give her an attitude at all. I just wanted to check if I was eligible to get new glasses and prescription. I didn’t like how rude she was towards me. I came in smiling and said hello. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag.

Must say I had an amazing experiencing over at Cohens Grand Concourse, the wait was not long. I was taking care of by an amazing staff member Jessica she helped me pick out the perfect lenses for my perfect frames. Highly recommend.

Awesome team. Very accommodating. They were able to make my glasses fit perfectly after several weeks of challenges. Kudos to Chrissy and Thank you Eddie!
