Lovely ice cream, and interesting flavors like chocolate devotion, and strawberry blonde but expensive. Definitely a real treat.

Ice cream was nice, but they were hugely understaffed and prioritized online orders over the 15 people waiting in line at the location
Staff was super rude. Waited on line for 20 minutes, server only took one of our orders, then none of the other staff would take an order, saying both of us had to be served by the same person.who wouldn't take more than than one order in the first place. Ended up walking out.
Absolutely love this spot, great ice creams and toppings from all choosing, however they have been slowly declining & lacking in customer & staff care.
My biggest issue is there is no gloves! I went there the other day ask for a sample and I kid you not her fingernail got a scoop as well. Of course I didn't take that flavor and watch her like a hawk with what I actually wanted. Now everytime I go there I'm on the lookout. There are a few workers there that know my order and get it right everytime but whenever I go back it's a new face with no drive.
Best place ever! Coffee lover's only.my favorite! Staff are all friendly and polite! Line can be a bit long on occasion, but that's due to the fact the ice cream is so delicious! Keep up the good work guys, and thank you! I would definitely recommend!
Location in Bkkyn @ Atlantic Mall sucks on Saturday, service is slow and they always.have a crazz line.
The line is always so long. I wouldn't suggest coming unless you have time to kill. The ice cream is delicious but the wait is my only complaint.
Didnt even get to try it. After standing in line for more than 20mins cause they ddint have enough people. I had to go. I was really looking forward to it too.smh
Bad customer service they have attitude, small place old cookies the ice cream looks bad really bad flavors

Destaneja Davis one of the staff members was very polite and professional. Destaneja has great customer service and proper work ethics. She is one of the best staff members there. Try the very vanilla milk shake best shake I've tasted in a long time.
I frequent the mall and frequent this place and the past 2 months it has been the best. Please keep the blue velvet cake ice cream pretty please
Really slow service! They were 4 guys "working" I waited 30 minutes for order. And only 3 costumers were before me.
