9Ice cream was great as always. Love that they have separated stones to make your order when you have an allergy.
It was an okay experience. The staff got my order wrong. The girl who was waiting on me wanted to know if I wanted a waffle cone or bowl. I asked her for a bowl with sprinkles. I got the Halloween Boo Cream. It was okay. For me, it was a little too sweet. It was not worth the 8.75 I paid for it.
Very rude workers when we were just there tonight, slow to take order even though it wasn't busy and workers talking smack as we left about how we were paying with a gift card and didn't know not to swipe where the credit cards goes. Also, pretty sure they overcharged us but never gave us a receipt so can't verify. Won't be returning to this location, need to work on customer service.

So.we come from 40 minutes away show up at 6: 58pm when they close at 7pm.and they deny 5 people and I to get ice cream. They were very rude about it. If they would have been decent about it and not rude I would not be leaving a bad review. The customer service was awful. The people that were working were on 7/5 evening crew if they have different shifts that is were very disrespectful.
Amazing customer service above and beyond. Good honest people making the people of this area happy and smile with Ice cream. The ice cream is always a huge hit.
The young lady literally yelled at me to stay at the end of the counter. She was mean. I left without ice cream. Not happy.
We ordered online for pick up and upon arrival were told they had no order. It was billed to my account and I cannot reach anyone to get a credit.

Always very friendly and positive staff. Quick with their great customer service. Place always seems to be very tidy and clean! Only wish there was more seating either inside or outside! The mall should provide those little tables like they do all in the canyon area.
