Long story short…. My husband scratched by son's BMW. I called and spoke with Amanda, who was so pleasant to speak with. Told me to stop in. Once I go there Amanda remembered our conversation. Ricky came right out and looked at the scratches. He spoke to me professionally and did not speak to me like I was a stupid woman bringing in a car. He had the area buffed out immediately and did not try to up-sell me. If I was there a half hour, it was a lot. I would highly recommend this place. THANK YOU!
