From the immaculate pool, to the attractive outdoor space and especially to the staff, both the doormen and the maintenance people, attention is directed to the needs and bet living of the tenants. The staff is always at the ready to help, fix, or lend an ear.

Great place.it was great living here for a year. The management team are really great, on-time, prompt, kind, and thorough. They do their job really well. Apartment is neat and clean all the time. Facilities are great too. Close to the central park, whole foods, and a lot of things you need for daily life. I think they also use great building materials for construction since I very rarely hear my neighbors when I am in my unit. Havent heard any noise coming from upstairs or next doors. Just one little downside, if you live on the lower floors like 3rd to 6th floor, is that the apartment has ceiling to ceiling windows and do not have screens for window which is really nice usually except during the summer. I lived on the 6th floor and couldn’t open my windows during summer because mosquitos would come in. Its just sth that bothered me a little but could be no problem for other people.

We recently moved in and love the apartment, location and staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the complex is organized well.

Just moved in but so far it's been awesome! The maintenance and concierge staff are phenomenal. The building is gorgeous, amenities are top notch and my apartment is lovely, bright and modern!

DO NOT RENT IN THIS BUILDING!

It has been a nightmare living in the place. The elevators have been NOT working entirely for more than 8 months - there's always at least one of the elevators out of service. This is a 30+ story building, we're all living in a pandemic and takes ages to get an elevator car. In addition the access to the stairs from the outside is blocked. Second problem: heating - it is unstable, we have to always request maintenance and it runs for 1 or 2 days and stops working again.

My husband and I love the apartment. We are very happy here. When we moved in first the apartment wasnt fully ready. The kitchen cabinets were all taken off for replacement. The installation staffs had to come in after we moved in and the installation staff/technicians were very professional and caring. Throughout the installation process, we could feel that the technicians actually care about the residents and they consider each unit as their product.

I am actually very impressed with the building management and service. The trash room is cleaned cery frequently, the building is well maintained at all times, and the notification for mails and packages are also so convenient and accurate. The ActiveBuilding app, community board, repair requests are also very convenient and impressive. We feel the difference.

Whatever the building management is doing, please continue to do so! We love every aspect of it.

I have made such a wonderful home at Columbus Square. The apartments and amenities are stunning and the staff is just so warm and always ready to help with absolutely anything I need. I truly cannot imagine a better place to live on the UWS!

We absolutely love living at 808. Sanger was very helpful throughout the entire process and made moving in very easy. The staff at the building are fantastic and eager to assist in any request.

The staff is wonderful, building is modern and well kept, and neighborhood is fantastic. These buildings stand true to the fact that you get what you pay for. It is a little more expensive to rent here but well worth it. The biggest pros are one single block from Central Park, dog friendly up to 75 pounds (even two dogs up to that limit), and great doormen.

I together with my wife checked over 10 apartments in Manhattan, and my wife finally decided to live here in Columbus Avenue. Now, we can say with confidence that the decision we made 2 months ago was absolutely correct. We love bright and clean room, convenient location (easy access to subway, Whole Foods, other useful shops), good landscape to the Central Park and gentle and friendly stuffs.

This building feels more like a community than any other place I’ve lived in. Moving in was a breeze thanks to everyone’s enthusiasm; within the first week, an older tenant was showing me the local farmer’s market; and the apartment itself is clean and quiet and has just GORGEOUS light and views. Highly recommend (and you couldn’t ask for a better location)!

The building is in a great location, close to school, whole food market, central park, metro and subway. The staff are always being very helpful and efficient when I have needs. The facility is well maintained, including swimming pool, gym, lounge.

Sanger is very friendly and helpful. He answered every question clearly. The apartment is great and convenient!

This apartment is sooo nice! New building. All the staff are very kind. Manager Sanger De Vine is a very nice guy. He is very patient to help you to work things out.

The apartments are extremely clean, full of light and beautiful. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you! Kimberly helped me choosing the apartment and she was super nice! I have been here for three weeks and it has been a great choice!
