I lived at 808 when they first opened and moved back recently as other places didn't compare. Friendly staff and tenants/ great amenities/nice neighborhood. Best of all are my views of the Hudson River. Jane E

Dealing with real estate rentals is usually as fun as the dentist. I wasted so much time with brokers etc looking for a good spot. Once I met Sanger everything was easy. He knows his buildings, listens, nver pushes, and helps you out like a concierge at a 5 Star Hotel. Nicest experience with real estate in my 30 years in NYC. A gentleman, and and honest one.

We live in 805 Columbus 15-C and Michelle has been a GREAT AGENT for us! We moved from out of town and needed to do all of the paperwork online. She was more than responsive and HELPFUL! If you want to move to New York and are looking for great building, I'd definitely recommend Columbus and Michelle! She will take good care of you and make sure all of you needs are taken care of. She "went the extra mile for us" to get me and my spouse in!
My husband and I took our time looking around the area before deciding to rent here at Columbus Square. We viewed a few UDR buildings and their offerings over the course of a couple of months, still undecided. However, once we met Sanger in person, it was a done deal. We signed a lease pretty much on the spot after he showed us an amazing apartment. We've been in the building for a few months now and WE LOVE IT. Sanger is wonderful to work with and I'd recommend dealing with him if you're interested in Columbus Square. The amenities are just right, the neighborhood is exactly what we were looking for and our building has great doormen/service/maintenance.
